The processes that used to take 15 days to execute, and with three employees dedicated to these, have been reduced to just one hour a day, and human error has been eliminated from this, so the company's human resources are becoming focusing on other tasks that allow us to optimize the business. What do you like best about Rocketbot?

The best thing about Rocketbot is undoubtedly its documentation, which is very comprehensive and they constantly update both the commands and the videos of their training sessions. It's not that they aren't useful, but it would be very nice to have better descriptions for the Mods that can be installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rocketbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed up the capture of information, especially from one medium (for example Excel) to another (a Web system), that is the main activity I perform, with different systems, but I know it can obtain information from emails, in addition to integration with AI, I definitely have to exploit that. I don't like the logic model to automate, I consider that it should be like its competitors Blue Prism or Uipath a little more focused on Flow Diagrams, because for large and complex automation processes it becomes a total challenge to do it with rocketbot.
