It lets me automate updates in our AS-400 (ICOMS is the specific software), and it streamlines a lot of my processes.

**What do you dislike about Rocket Secure Host Access Pro (formerly MicroFocus Reflection Desktop)?**

I am sure there are other ways to utilize it but due to my lack of knowledge, I only use it for the one function

**What problems is Rocket Secure Host Access Pro (formerly MicroFocus Reflection Desktop) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating updates based on Excel data accurately and at a pace that is unmatched in other approaches.

Legacy if Mainframe is maintained at its best with new added features of SFTP and more.

Few features doesn't work in Mac OS , to clear online screen etc

Productivity and for business purpose 
To work in Mainframe applications
