And the way it displays the reports. Options seem to be easy for the user to pick up. **What do you dislike about Rocket ContentEdge?** I seems to be more sluggish than Document Direct. Especially finding and retriveing reports and using the jumb box option. Some of the options are hard to find. It would be nice if we could set a user profile for each user so that they can pick their own defaults for download extract etc. **Recommendations to others considering Rocket ContentEdge:** test for high volume and a large repository, **What problems is Rocket ContentEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viewing A report repository. Also Issolation for PCI data. Replacement of document Direct for the internet. ### 3.
