It provides real-time inventory across one site or many, lot and expiration control with FEFO picking, ABC cycle counting with a count interval per grade, and purchase, transfer, and shipment order management with guided picking and receiving. Warning and critical stock thresholds can be set per item or per location. Sixteen guided workflows run as an installable web app on any phone, tablet, or Zebra handheld, with no app store download. Operators scan with the device camera or with external hardware scanners, including Bluetooth ring and wrist scanners, and GS1 and UDI barcodes populate product, lot, and expiry from a single scan. Label printing covers sixteen barcode symbologies across four label stocks, with direct ZPL output to Zebra thermal printers. License plate handling lets a pallet be picked, moved, shipped, or consumed as one unit. Short picks, lost stock, and stranded stock are tracked as records with cause attribution and a resolution step. Access is controlled through 483 individually configurable page actions across seven seeded roles, with single sign-on via SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Rocket Local, an on-premise connector, bridges a firewalled legacy database to the cloud where one has to stay in place. An AI inventory assistant answers questions against live inventory, order, and exception data and shows the steps it took to reach an answer. It is read-only by default, and any action that changes data requires explicit confirmation and is logged. Implementation is typically three to six weeks depending on customizations and training, delivered by a U.S.-based team.
