We do, in some instances get, "playing from buffer," like the device has disconnected from the internet. But that's few and far between and usually corrects itself fairly quickly. I use Rockbot for music in my business and I really appreciate their large playlist selection and easily searchable genres. I find lots of new things every time I look, which is great. I like the amount of music options and playlists available. It's easy to use and offers a lot more music selection options compared to what I was using before. It's not very user-friendly, kinda confusing. The initial setup was hard because no one knew how to use it, so I had to teach myself. Whoever originally set it up didn't do the best job, and there are no instructional videos available for Rockbot, which was difficult. But once you get it figured out, it's a great program to use. I like Rockbot because I can switch the radio station to whatever kind of music I want to listen to, and that flexibility is great. The Rockbot app is really helpful, especially since you can control it from outside the store. It's got a lot of potential, and I can do a lot from my house, like switching stations or adjusting the volume.
