I find the scheduling system confusing. I can't seem to figure out how to stop the music from playing 24/7 automatically. The system requires me to manually intervene to stop it, which is inconvenient, especially when I want it to stop playing after business hours. Additionally, there's an issue with the music randomly shutting off without any notifications. This led to situations where the music stopped playing for an entire day, and I only found out because a customer informed me. The customer service, cost, and reliability have been exceptional. I have worked with Mersive and Visix over the years and Rockbot has been far more reliable. I have also had frequent feedback from our marketing team that adding content has been far easier to add than any previous platform. Once that content has been uploaded, campaign maintenance and implementation has been intuitive and requires zero training. We have deployed this model across multiple campuses and have had one player fail in the past 2 years. An SD card was shipped to us overnight and integrated instantly with no further steps.
