Once the schedule is set up I never have to think about it. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** The reason I gave RB a 6 is because you CANNOT change things in real time. Every control takes 30 seconds to respond. I had submitted a support ticket and was informed that this is on purpose, so yeah, that's enough to take 4 points off the top. **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides worry free background music for the gym. ### 34. It's worked great during the last 8 months I've been using it. It's relatively easy to use. I can make different playlists that play at different times of day. It has auto on and off features that all work flawlessly. We have ads and announcements that play every hour on the hour. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** My biggest thing is that I wish there were clean edits of songs or radio edit options. Everywhere this program is being used is a family establishment, so I'm surprised this isn't a thing. I wish there were a feature where I can add my own songs or select music from YouTube or something.- with that I could find edited music. I want an option to easily pick a song and have it start playing right then, so that we can take requests. Playlists shouldn't have a minimum amount of artists and songs. It's hard to find my playlists and the button to start adding to it. It's hard to find the option to control the timer for when music starts and stops. Removing a song from a playlist shouldn't put a strike through on the song. Less importantly: Oftentimes a song will show its intensity is hire or lower than what it is, or that it's more or less popular than what it is. -As far as this review, I came back to the front to say that the "about your organization" tab doesn't really make sense. I don't use or know half of those options so I can't review them. **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It announces when a customers time is up and plays songs. ### 37. Many come to us for meals and to study. Rockbot has become a competitive experience for our users to get their songs to play, and you can sometimes spot a satisfied guest when their song starts. Additionally, the screens and audio announcements give us a more professional appearance. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** I would like to be able to see actual metrics. Who longs on and how often. I would also like to be able to set some limits. On slow days, sometimes staff play "DJ" and monopolize the system instead of focusing on their work. I would like to see a limit to the number of songs per hour a user can play. **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its getting us out of taking complaints for music selections. We used to use satileite radio which could be repetitive, boring, or play comercials from our competitors. Now, we take ourselves out of complaints. ### 39. The customer support team is always there when I need to reach out to them to cancel service or have questions about an invoice. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** The website isn't the easiest to navigate, but I just click around and am able to find where I need to go. **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to use the service for 5 stores across the US and each store can play their own selection of music. One store can play Christmas music and another store can play classic hits without it meshing together and having it on just one playlist. ### 40.
