It was also very easy to implement, which made getting started quick and simple for our team. I use this very often when creating our ads, and if there is ever an issue with the product, calling in to the support team is great. They can usually work you through the issue right over the phone. I do like that it is very easy to use. We have a few team members that are not tech-savvy, and they have picked up on how to use Rockbot very easily. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** These are few and far between, but I do wish you could upload a bigger file. Sometimes I have a PowerPoint that we use for special events where businesses put their sponsorships on it, and I export it as an MP4. If it is too big, I have to split it up. It is also easy for staff to understand how to manage playlists, as the online portal is setup similar to individual music streaming services they already use, like Spotify or Pandora. I like that there is an option for Sonos integration. The price point is competitive. If you purchase a Rockbot player, installation is easy. The schedule and playlists make it a "set it and forget it" option for your commercial music needs. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** Sonos integration is less seamless than choosing the Rockbot player option. It does work, but it will time out on Sonos and need to be restarted, sometimes frequently. This may or may not be an issue on the Sonos side. The music stream will randomly stop, sometimes multiple times a day. It is not difficult to re-start the stream, but it does take a human to manually restart the stream. I would not recommend buying Sonos just for Rockbot, buy a Player if you do not already own Sonos equipment. It would be better if you could switch back and forth between the Player and Sonos. Unfortunately, you have to pick one or the other. If you need to change, you have to contact your account manager and have Rockbot make the change on the back end. **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** They claimed to fix the Sonos connection issue, but it was taking too long and I switched to a Player instead. We can skip a song or skip an artist. Nice mix, so many options. Tried German Polka day once, it can be done but I don't advise it. Thursday is 80's music day and the day just flows better for all of us. I love the peace of mind that we are not violating any royalty laws, I wish my peers would take my advice and subscribe to this, it is next level for any professional office. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** Music does not repeat itself, but it seems the same song comes on about the same time every day. Initially, you spend some time choosing your preferred playlists (or creating your own) and the mixes to play during different times of the day, but after that, it's pretty seamless. Using the dashboard, you can easily skip a song once, delete it from the playlist or ban it from the club entirely. You can also temporarily override what's scheduled at a given time with another playlist. We've had no technical issues with it since we got it at least 4 years ago & customer service has been responsive & helpful when needed. We use it 24/7/365. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** I do find the override feature a bit confusing to use, but because it confuses me, I can't explain HOW it confuses me, because I'm confused, lol. Also, so many of the songs on the "high-energy workout"-type playlists are most definitely not at all high energy. It has been very simple to use, allowing us to select a variety of music that can change throughout the day to provide more engery during that after lunch slump. The automatic "smart volume" helds by increasing volume through the noisey parts of the day as well and lowering the volume towards the end of the day. The rockbot player has been reliable and easy to plug into our system. It was very much set it and forget it. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** Without the listener request feature, there is no way to request a specific song. Have to pay more to use that App and allow our employees to request songs. We have had some special events where it would have been nice to have a finer control of the music playing. **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having legal music available for background noise. ### 49. I like that I'm able to search for a mood using a word and a recommended playlist will show up. The user interface is very simple and straightforward, and I believe Rockbot nails that aspect, which is great as simplicity will continue to be a key element in design. It's also super convenient for my managers to go in and adjust music and volume levels, and it doesn't take a lot of their time off the floor. I appreciate that they can create new recordings and make wristband callouts quickly. Overall, the platform's ease and convenience have been great for us. **What do you dislike about Rockbot?** Nothing so far, we haven't had any issues **What problems is Rockbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Rockbot to automate wristbands, so guests know when their sessions are over.
