The review tool was a game-changer for our team. Real-time problem-solving has been a huge help for us as well. Anytime we have a question about anything regarding the software we can chat with someone almost always right away without having to go through a phone call or setting up a meeting with an account rep and a customer service person. Reporting continues to be a constant struggle for us. I inherited this software which was chosen by a design manager with HEAVY influence from our web developer who has moved to a different role and isn't available to fix these up for us. We have to run multiple reports to get specific numbers (a lot of which has been negated by the monthly email we get from RH so that's a huge help). The user experience is still very clunky especially when compared side by side with competitors (Wrike, WeWork) and not having an iPad or Mobile app is a bit detriment. RoboHead has features you never knew you needed! Since switching over from our last project management software, RoboHead has really helped organize our team and all the projects we have going on. The platform is super user friendly and visually really nice.

By being able to organize from the top down - campaigns, projects, tasks - RoboHead allows us to run the reports we need to see monthly, quarterly, or yearly progress while keeping everything accessible in one spot. The array of chart types is really helpful depending on what you are using them for. Additionally, there are a lot of little features and shortcuts to make your life easier, like creating templates for reviews and projects, that make setup in the system short and seamless. Robohead is a tool that we having a creative organization are using for some time. Marketing project management has never been an easy task it always needed much effort and with Robohead we are now managing our projects with great success. Organizing our team has also become obvious and It has many such tools we never had the idea that we needed.
