Little Roboform "bubble" right next to the login text boxes that I can click and select only logins for that particular page. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** For some reason, I have to sync frequently to get the shared Logins to show up, particularly on Android. The private, or unshared logins are always available. I did like the old toolbar that showed up at the top of Internet Explorer that isn't available anymore (although I can have floating toolbar at the bottom, but it's not as convenient) **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved having my managers call me frequently when a password on a shared site, such as vendor website logins, google store emails, etc, is changed by one employee. Also, I have so many passwords to remember, there is no way I can keep track of them all. Many of the platforms require the passwords be changed every 90 days. Also security is an issue. But with roboforms I can quickly log into the program I need and change the passwords as needed. Roboform is a game changer when it comes to password protection and easy of use. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** I'm not sure there is anything I dislike about roboform, one thing could be easier. When a staff person leaves our office I create a group. I share the passwords so I can keep those passwords before deleting this persons account. I do not find this process intuative at all. I like the Icon that appears next to the fields so I don't have to click on the top right icon to fill fields. Password strength score has allowed us to easily identify at risk passwords that need to be changed ASAP. I also like how easily I can add users to multiple groups from the portal. Most apps like this only provide a way of adding to one group at a time. It's reasonably priced and the pro-rated rates are helpful too. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** The fact that you have to manage shared passwords through the plugin. The plugin is great for filling passwords but no so intuitive for editing them. It would be great to be able to change shared passwords on online.roboform.com. I find the view cleaner and more manageable. Also there doesn't seem to be a way of filtering Shared passwords vs not shared unless I'm missing something. **Recommendations to others considering RoboForm:** Use the AD authentication for easy user control. Probably the most fully featured Password Management tool on the market. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We has shared passwords among departments but we got fed up of changing them every time somebody left the company. Roboforms limited password access allows us to let the user login without the user ever knowing that password. The Active Directory Integration has allowed us to control access to Roboform seamlessly. When someone leaves the company and we disable their account it's automatically disabled in Roboform without us having to do anything. ### 22. Second would be smooth updating of password when required, and also the security review options. One Time Passwords are configurable, stores bank account, credit card, addresses, passport info, etc. Plus Contacts and bookmarks, the list goes on and on. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** I wish the search feature included content within the passcards. It also seems weird to me that the 'Editor' function in the browser, that opens an browser based editor has a different function set than the desktop application 'Editor' function. I find the browser one harder to navigate. **Recommendations to others considering RoboForm:** Allows storage of multiple identities and countries, very easy to edit. I've never had any trouble with installs or updates. I can't remember that last time it crashed. Very secure, no SSO option, so there is no fear of local system hacking to gain access, and everything is saved as encrypted on the host service, so they can't even get you back in. The random Password generator is customizable. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find it an excellent password manager, both personally and at the enterprise level, with user management and sharing. ### 23. But I would say when using in a browser, Roboform will pop up and suggest filling fields. I have the app on my phone, but it would be even better if it could do the same on mobile. It really makes keeping fresh passwords much more likely. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** This is likely more of a limitation of Apple, but I wish there was similar integration on the iPhone as there is in a PC browser. Often times I have to create logins or passwords changes but the Roboform software can't capture the new info. Also, I wish there was a way to set a customized "fill form" setting for an individual password card. Meaning, if I search for a password card in RF and click on the one I find, the default reaction is "Go to, Fill, submit". However, sometimes there are those annoying CAPTCHA things which don't allow you to just breaze through which means you click on the PW card in RF and you get an error on the site because it can't do the CAPTCHA for you. Seems like it would be simple to have an "override" to force that one site to only "Go to and Fill" and NOT sumbit. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using Roboform for MANY MANY years (likely at least 15, started sometime between 2008-2013) as a personal user. However, I recently moved my law firm to this platform so that certain groups of employees can share safe/secure passwords and form-filling data. This prevents the security nightmares of people writing down credit cards and dozens of passwords in places that are not secure. ### 25. It makes doing business seamless since I'm often in and out of various company websites. Additionally, the ability to create shared password folders that only management can amend has been a gamechanger. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** There are a few sites I use that will not allow you to utilize a program like roboform and will reject your login information if you try to use it. However, I've found that I can still save the information for those sites within Roboform's "safe notes" section. **Recommendations to others considering RoboForm:** Be aware, outside of the initial demonstration of the program, there isn't much training or guidance provided afterward. Especially for admin for the site, you have to figure it out on your own. The did have a way to email someone but it was alot of back and forth and was a bit frustrating. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont have to keep or update spreadsheets full of passwords or find slips of paper with my passwords scribbled on them. Additionally, I would like to see a feature to create a new login inside RoboForm-Editor. It is possible in the web version, but that's not very convenient. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had the problem, that we couldn't store our personal and company passwords securely. I like that the RoboForm user interface is easy to use. Having the RoboForm Editor on each computer allows for quick sync when a password is changed. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** The extension preferences are unique to the local computer. If I log in on a different computer, I must reset all of my preferred options. I would prefer to set options across our organization. Especially the web browser extension preferences. It can be difficult to restore passwords when accidentally deleted. I would like if RoboForm could recognize a duplicate password is already saved and recommend changing it. I also would prefer if RoboForm combined more passwords or aggregated duplicates in the same space. I like having my shared passwords in one file and in a private file. My dislike is when RoboForm automatically saves a new version of the file multiple times. **Recommendations to others considering RoboForm:** As a small business owner, RoboForm has made setting up new employees easy. We add the new user to our existing group folders. I can use it across all of my devices, including computers, tablets and my phone. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** They recently changed the interface so that everything appears in one long list of big icon-like-buttons. Perhaps they thought this made the interface more attractive, but it makes it significantly less useful. I now have to use a round about to way find my logins in my various folders. Everytime I use Roboform I am annoyed at this. I also use to use ROBOFORM to save bookmarked websites. But with the new unhelpful interface - it's not possible - or I just don't have the patience to figure out how you're supposed to save them. So I've given up and I just use Chrome favorites. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to have logins and passwords for hundreds of websites for my work and personal life. Many sites also require new passwords every 90 days. There's no way I could keep all of that in my head. Roboform makes it possible to safely login with one master password to all my stored sites.
