While most tools only save passwords, RoboForm is increadibly good at filling in entire address and credit card forms perfectly. The admin console is also easy to use and great because it make it very simple to give or remove access for employees whenever our team changes. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** The biggest downside is the old fashioned design. The app looks a bit dated compared to newer tools, which can make it feel "Clunky" when you first start using it. Also, syncing can sometimes require a manual click on older devices and free version is very limited if you want to use it across both your phone and computer. **What problems is RoboForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** RoboForm stops the danger of using weak or reused passwords across our company. It gives us a secure vault to store and share logins, which keeps our bussiness data safe from hackers. We use it all day and it is very simple to use. It integrates with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with minimal setup. Getting started is also easy for new users and the learning curve is very easy. **What do you dislike about RoboForm?** Support for business customers is not good. They offer ticketed support only. They do not offer chat or phone support for business customers.
