Robly offers a fantastic email marketing service! The templates are easy to use and the system is easy to navigate. They offer a variety of templates to work with for different designs as needed. The emails look professional, and their email database is easy to work with. Robly tracks the opens, bounces, and efficiently maintains the database with continuous updates to valid email addresses. They also offer a large amount of storage for images, which is extremely helpful to our company. It is also helpful to have the email subscribers go directly into the Robly database from our website and our Facebook page, by using the Robly email widgets offered. At any time, we can also export our entire email subscriber database at any time. If we have any issues, we can usually do a live chat with a Robly assistant to help work through the problem. It is very important to highlight the great performance that Robly has had since it was implemented in my company, I am really very satisfied with these results since it has allowed me to have an extremely pleasant Marketing experience adapted to my needs. I consider taht one of the things that most caught my attention about Robly is the great ease it provides to create various advertising campaigns, it is a very simple process and that helps the advertising to be sent quickly and safely. In addition, another of the things I like about Robly are its prices, they are extremely low prices, which helps users to have the ease of paying each of the plans offered by this platform. I consider that Robly is a platform that provided me with an excellent experience during all this time, and even contributed several features to realize an almost perfect Marketing, however, during my experience several negative factors have arisen that have significantly affected our business process, and have directly affected the distribution of all advertising, these factors were:

- Robly does not provide us with a comfortable UI to perform the various functions that must be applied for the performance of Marketing, therefore, its functions serve perfectly, but it is very uncomfortable to use Robly with this incomplete UI.

- The application for mobile devices offered by Robly is not fully optimized, since it currently does not provide the creation of new advertising campaigns, it only allows monitoring of advertising campaigns that are already in progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is important to highlight how well this platform has behaved and the great functions it has provided to improve the business Marketing system. It should also be noted that Robly has been a platform that has provided the perfect functions to have an Email Marketing tailored and without any delay. During my experience, this platform has offered me several positive factors which have been very important to perform and enhance all my work results, these factors were:

1.- Robly allowed me to create campaigns in a very easy and faster way than any other Email Marketing platform, this has allowed me to save much more time to complete this work.

All these positive factors have been conducive to performing my behavior with this Marketing platform, however, during my experience some negative factors also emerged which significantly influenced my performance process with the Robly platform, these factors were:

1.- Robly provided me with a very uncomfortable design, something that I really did not expect to receive from this platform, I expected a much more renewed design with better colors.

2.- Robly for mobile devices is not efficient, since it does not have a good notification system which throws a warning when a client has accessed the campaign. I would like a better nofication system to be implemented in the App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robly is a tool that any marketing professional should work with, since this tool is distinguished by being very easy to use, and by the great positive results it offers in a very short time, one of the features I liked about robly when I started using it is that our campaign registered much fewer subscriptions thanks to its more advanced delivery system robly, that can "learn" when subscribers tend to open their emails and deliver accordingly making it a very favorable factor for us, one of the biggest advantages that offers robly that I love is that it is very customization because it has a large amount of template that allows its users to make unique designs he incomparable, one of the features that distinguishes robly is that it allows its users to have a significant savings both time and money. One of the disadvantages that Robly currently has is that it does not have the ability to create established color palettes, which means that its users must manually enter each color code in each element of each mail, which can cause their users to lose time significantly, another disadvantage that Robly currently has is that its customer service or support is like a lottery because it almost never attends to its users to help them resolve any inconvenience that arises in robly. I love how all the data is laid out in a nice readable format. It's also very easy to see where you are and what you're looking at. It fills in the gaps in our email marketing campaigns, which is super helpful. The stats we get from Robly are also very helpful with our marketing strategy. I also really like how Robly does the A/B testing for you. Creating email templates has also never been easier with their drag and drop system. It doesn't require a high level of html knowledge to make your emails look great. Overall, Robly make sending emails easier and does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Highly recommended. I believe that Robly is a platform with too much potential, which has the ability to control in a general way, each of the advertising campaigns that are managed in a company. I have had a pleasant experience with this platform, it has always been tailored to provide me with a facility when creating, editing and managing the campaigns that are ongoing. What I liked most about this platform, is the ease and simplicity that it has for the use of its UI and the administration of the campaigns, since personally, I find it very easy to develop the marketing with the help of Robly. I had a really pleasant experience, which helped me to know the platform much more and to know it in my own way, to handle it and make the most of it, however, after having had several months of use, several errors or circumstances have arisen that really I didn't like them, these were:

- The implementation of Robly was something that cost me a little, it took me a couple of months to be able to adapt to its functions in a complete way, however, after a very constant use, I managed to adapt and it was quite easy to take advantage of it.

- Robly for mobile phones is not fully optimized, you App does not have enough features to create campaigns from the cell phone, which has forced us to always maintain a use from our computer, to be able to create them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Robly has generated great changes and has provided an extremely complete UI with which it has been possible to have a perfect stabilization of the Email Marketing system. I consider that one of the best things that Robly has offered me is the ability to create advertising campaigns with great ease, it is really too easy for me to drag the information I will add and in just a few minutes of modification, finish it completely. This platform has given me some positive factors which benefit in some way to my experience within this platform, however, several negative factors have occurred that have affected my experience. Currently Robly does not generate a technical analysis or generation of reports on the culminated campaigns, something that has caused me many problems because I thought it had this function, compared to other platforms that do. Robly really occupies an important space since its Marketing management rigorously benefits the stabilization of advertising campaigns. I consider that one of the best factors that I have noticed about Robly is the way to create the campaigns, since in comparison to other platforms that offer the Email Marketing system, this especially provides me with a UI where I can create campaigns with just drag the information that I will implement, in this way I will have it ready in just a few minutes. Robly seems to me an extremely complete platform and that openly, it provides functions that help the consecutive management of Marketing, however, one of the negative factors that I have noticed about Robly are the following:

- It does not allow sending campaigns to business emails, which greatly limits the ability to receive each campaign disclosed.

- Real-time analyzes are not quickly reflected in the application for mobile devices, which forces the user to remain using the computer version.

I love your platform because it is very stable. Among its features, I am very happy with its function to send emails after a certain time with different subjects, and also that it allows me to send emails when they can be read, this feature is great. I like the high quality of templates that this tool offers for email designs, I can design it my way and I really like that. I don't like the notification system that this software comes with, because its notifications are quite delayed and I don't like receiving any important notification with such a delay, especially when they are from clients. Although I like the color palettes, I see that they are very limited for creating specific designs, I would love to be able to design designs of any choice.
