1.- It does not have as much variety with respect to templates, which forces users to use their own templates or adapt any available template to the topic they are dealing with.

2.- The prices that Robly offers for its plans are really expensive, which makes me think that they should decrease a little, in order to offer better quality-price to users.

I really, really like Robly. My only few problems with it is that it is a bit late in its notifications and response by the design team was a bit erratic which slowed down my work. the problem with my area of work is that I need the reports as soon as possible and in as much detail as I can. So if Robly can improve on that aspect, then it would certainly be one of my favourites. ALso, the interface can be improved quite a bit to look better which will appeal to more users. In terms of features and functionality this is the least expensive compared to other similar suppliers in the market. It has a very nice interface, easy to navigate and modern that makes it very easy and responsive to be able to make emails in a professional way without having a lot of marketing or desing knowledge. Sometime it is a bit annoying that this software doesn't adapt quickly to new technologies or functions of other software or websites. When I mention that it does not adapt I mean when there are API problems since there are changes that need to be updated in Robly. This hinders the development of work a bit since you always have to be looking for solutions to keep the email function stable.
