**What do you like best about Robly?**

With robly you can choose between three kinds of documents to handle marketing campaigns. These are the drag and drop documents, the text documents, and the HTML import documents. All are customizable depending on which is chosen. We also like that Robly has a list in Overview of the campaigns already created and finished, thus allowing us to keep a correct work history.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

We do not like having to use external mobile email optimization applications, because Robly does not have this feature. Your system also does not have the support to create personalized surveys, and that only slows down our work when creating market reports. It should be noted that the drip campaign manager is not very customizable, and the drips do not have enough capacity for mass mailings. It is difficult and slow to review the list of subscribers that are added

I can increase the presence of the company's brand directly for potential clients and those who already are. The auto response system is phenomenal. Ad templates are very creative and attractive. It is accessible, you do not need to invest as much to have as good results as in other platforms that are expensive.

I love the simplistic approach to email sending that Robly brings. They have a simple user interface with very few steps to get your email out to the people you are trying to reach.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

They definitely need better segmenting options with contact lists. They currently don't offer the best options in the industry, but they do listen to recommendations and try to improve the product as quickly as they can.

If sending simple emails to a small list selection is your aim, Robly could be the right product for you.

I am able to diversify my sending more, as well as cut down my launch time for the emails I send.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

We liked Robly because it contains several positive features that help complement our work, some of those features is OpenGen that allows us to expand the list of subscribers, your chat in real time is very efficient as we can maintain a direct communication with Our clients in a fluid way and in most of the times achieve successful sales, allows us to track our email marketing campaigns. I like it because in addition to its spectacular tools we can use it very easily and quickly, it contains a simple design that helps users to create their campaigns adjusting them to their own taste and automate them

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I was looking for an APP for mobile devices but unfortunately Robly still does not have this important help for users, we are sure that it would be of greater use, because the live chat tool becomes necessary. Another thing that I would add is the somewhat high cost that it has and I think that not everyone would buy several of their plans

Without a doubt we can create better campaigns with the help of this software, being able to perfect them and create them to your own taste, it is an excellent software that to us as a company is leaving us changes and very satisfactory results. It allows to manage all the needs of massive electronic mail and its user interface is modern, receptive and easy to create emails with very professional aspects

Robly is a great value compared to other similar email marketing programs.  It does all of the basic functions and the OpenGen feature is great for making sure folks actually open your emails.  I really appreciate that it automatically check for and removes bad addresses and the ways it integrates into other social media accounts.  The templates are attractive and easily mobile adaptable. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly doesn't have in program picture editing and its options for organizing photos can be arduous.  Unlike Constant Contact, it doesn't automatically integrate with other databases, but for the price, it is all worth it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

If you don't need all of the bells and whistles or aren't using the database integration features of other programs, Robly is great.  It does all the things most users will use in an email marketing program at a fraction of the price.

I have not had many negative experiences with Robly. Sometimes emails take a long time to be sent and that delay should be avoided. Robly is a very appropriate software for commercial use, it has helped me a lot to distribute the email in a fast way in the products that I promote, it is excellent and it gives me a good stability in its platform. I love that we can send emails to specific lists of people. I love the brand emails that have our printed colors, our logo shown and the images on our website! I really enjoy the data capture and the brilliance of the forwarding software. The fact that they can send emails at the moment when people are more likely to open emails, specific to that person, is an absolute genius.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly does not offer the possibility of creating the established color palettes, which means that users must manually enter each color code in each element of each email. That's really an element of color in the aspect of email blasts to the extent that users enter their own color schemes, instead of being able to draw from a palette template. Robly has a very limited selection of templates adapted for mobile devices ready to use, but there are many functions to create your own. I would also like to be able to enlarge the size of the images by using a drag function in the corners of the image instead of editing manually. Manual editing makes it difficult to obtain images on the same line if they are of different dimensions.

Robly is amazing and I love it :) I will suggest that a person train with the Robly team and then teach other members how to use the software. It is simple and very easy to use.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robly saves me a lot of time and energy by sending content to our email list. The ability to send emails at specific times and forward them using a different topic title when our first email was not opened is simply brilliant. I can track who opened what email and see the true value of our content for our subscribers. In short, I love Robly and I am very grateful to have switched from Constant Contact to start working with the Robly team. I have trained other staff on how to use it and now other staff members are sending emails from left to right! LOVE IT! The only suggestion I have for the Robly team is that it is possible to edit the size of the images in an easier way (like dragging the dimensions of the image instead of manually editing them) so that we can make the images as big as we want. I have to say I love just about everything about Robly. My favorite part would have to be the email templates they give you. It turns a boring email into something of pure gold. Have had so many more clicks on our emails than before we used it. I love this product

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

My only issues with it is the bounce back emails we get from time to time.

I highly recommend this if your in need of email marketing help or looking to get into email marketing. They make every step so much easier its almost fun to do.

This product features SO many great features. With the content management tool, we are able to track email activity, we can add notes and templates to our emails as well.

Unfortunately, there is not a mobile application for Robly.

If your company uses email frequently, you need this product. It enhances email drastically.

Being able to  track email delivery and have confirmation. We receive activity,  we can add important  notes for the recipient in addition to the email itself. Also there are awesome templates available.

Roby is one of smarter mass mailer compared to the others in the market. It has the ability to resend mails with catch phrases making more potential customers to read the mails. It also offers a trial package.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Social tools integration is limited to the most popular ones, an option to import our one modules would have been helpful. A even more vast range of design templates would have been appreciated.

Robly helps in mailing a large number of customers and resends mails to the customer who didn't open the older mail with a better subject line using it's AI.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Nice, easy email design tools, intuitive workflow, good reporting data. Links made it easy to share and review with team. Customizable email from, reply to, and names from deliverer. Can personalize messages for customers. Unlimited segmenting .

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Didn’t integrate well with other programs - list management could be better with CRM integration. Also, maybe some reports send out to show how emails perform - and a way to export that data better.

Great if you’re looking for something simple and affordable to get branded promos out

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once we started really utilizing the tool and having well designed emails go out regularly, we closed more sales with prospects. Customers also said they felt adequately informed thanks to emails.
