It also has pre-designed campaigns which are useful for someone like me who does not want to spend too much time in it. **What do you dislike about Robly?** I really, really like Robly. My only few problems with it is that it is a bit late in its notifications and response by the design team was a bit erratic which slowed down my work. the problem with my area of work is that I need the reports as soon as possible and in as much detail as I can. So if Robly can improve on that aspect, then it would certainly be one of my favourites. It has a very nice interface, easy to navigate and modern that makes it very easy and responsive to be able to make emails in a professional way without having a lot of marketing or desing knowledge. Customizing the templates is very comfortable since with their simple functions they manage to meet the needs to create an excellent bright-looking email. Very easily you can post the forms to place them on the websites where people can register to recive newsletters or help from our support team. **What do you dislike about Robly?** Sometime it is a bit annoying that this software doesn't adapt quickly to new technologies or functions of other software or websites. When I mention that it does not adapt I mean when there are API problems since there are changes that need to be updated in Robly. This hinders the development of work a bit since you always have to be looking for solutions to keep the email function stable. The emails look professional, and their email database is easy to work with. Robly tracks the opens, bounces, and efficiently maintains the database with continuous updates to valid email addresses. They also offer a large amount of storage for images, which is extremely helpful to our company. It is also helpful to have the email subscribers go directly into the Robly database from our website and our Facebook page, by using the Robly email widgets offered. At any time, we can also export our entire email subscriber database at any time. If we have any issues, we can usually do a live chat with a Robly assistant to help work through the problem. It's also very easy to see where you are and what you're looking at. It fills in the gaps in our email marketing campaigns, which is super helpful. Creating email templates has also never been easier with their drag and drop system. It doesn't require a high level of html knowledge to make your emails look great.
