**What do you like best about Robly?**

I love the Open Gen feature. I can see the difference it makes in my open rates, and it's easy and simple to set up for each campaign.

I think the pricing is fair, especially compared to Constant Contact. The interface is much easier that MailChimp, which I hated so much I procrastinated restarting my newsletter for over a year. With Robly, I've been consistent for about 15 months, and I'm starting to see the impact on my business.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I'm not entirely happy with the autoresponder feature. It is a new feature, and it just feels a bit rough. I'd like an email to go out immediately when someone signs up for for newsletter, and the shortest timeframe is one hour.

Managing different lists is not intuitive, and I keep feeling like there should be a better way.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Fair pricing and good interface. Autoresponder feature not quite there yet.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using two lists for two different aspects of my business, and I'm starting to see that regular emails are having an effect. I haven't gotten lots of business yet, but I'm getting more inquiries, and I think, over time as I go more paid seminars, my list is going to make filling those seminars easy.

I'm also building a new release list for my fiction books, and that's going slowly, but because of my efforts, not Robly's. Everything is there when I'm clear on how I want to turn it on and use it.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Open Gen is a great product - it helps drive more opens and click-throughs! It has helped us ensure that more people are reading our emails and clicking through to our website. I also love the AI - sending it when it's most likely to be viewed has been great! It's also fun to see when people in office will receive the email and it has been shown time and time again that it's at the best times for that person.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I don't like that when people unsubscribe, it often lists the same person several times, making it look like our email got more unsubscribes than it really did. This is frustrating because it could hurt our delivery. I would love to see Robly find a fix for this. One of my most recent emails got around 15 unsubscribes, but it was really only around 6 people but several people were listed multiple times. Other than that, I absolutely love the service!

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

I would definitely encourage anyone looking to make the switch to at least give it a trial run. The Robly team will design a custom email for you, either based on your old email system, your website, or a new idea that you have. They are very quick and responsive! I also would encourage you to test out the AI feature and the OpenGen feature. Both of these have helped our open rates and click-through rates. So far, we've been very happy! 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to see a larger increase in traffic to our website from emails. This has been shown through Google Analytics. Our open rate has dramatically increased, and we've seen a larger click through percentage as well. Finally, the design of our email is way nicer, more clean, and looks more like our website. So ultimately, we're more consistent in design, are seeing greater opens and click-throughs, and hope that these improvements will drive donations.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is perfect for my small business. We are short on time and need to do everything at once, so having the easy templates and intuitive navigation saves us a lot of time when putting together our campaigns. OpenGen gets us more opens, meaning more sales! Also, the chat with the customer service reps is amazing! They respond quickly and accurately and can help me solve the problem in minutes. 



**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I wish there was a direct way to do A/B testing, also if you could do a retroactive OpenGen. There are a number of work arounds for this, but it would be great if there were direct ways to do these things.  Other than that I think that Robly solves a lot of small business's problems. I also wish the blog was more active and gave more insight on email marketing. . 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting beyond the basics of email marketing. Robly has helped a great deal in that department because we are able to focus on strategy, rather than figuring out HTML and design.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

We have a list of about 4,500 subscribers and we email On-Purpose Minutes (videos) on personal and business leadership every Tuesday and Wednesday.  The platform is user friendly, no up charge for unlimited emails, and very affordable for the basics of email campaign.  So affordability and performance combine for a great value.  

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly is more or less a one trick pony that excels at email campaigns and auto-responding.  If you're needing a basic platform and not a lot of bells and whistles, then Robly is ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

If you need the basics at a fair price, use Robly.  

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our subscribers stay on-purpose!
Being top of mind with subscribers.
Brand and relationship building.

There are events where I show up and people recognize me because of my video On-Purpose Minutes.  They talk to me like I'm their friend when I've never met them before, but they're a fan.  This kind of digital outreach is meaningful.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

We were recommended to try Robly by another Association.  The 14-day trial let us test everything out and we were instantly sold.  The switch was unbelievably easy, the pricing can't be beat and the support team is amazing! We have been nothing but impressed!!!

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Honestly, haven't found anything.  We did discover that when using custom merge fields not to name the the custom tag "link".  That automatically defaults to www.robly.com not the merge link you upload to contacts profile.  This was passed along to support. 

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

No need to look anywhere else!

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The A.I. feature allows you to reach contacts when they are at the computer.  No waiting to send a specific times of the day. The ease of OpenGen allows you to reach contacts who may have missed your original message.  Whether you are designing your own email or using one of the many great templates Robly makes creating an email easy!!

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I love the auto-save of sections as you move between them - no having to remember to click "Save" like in other programs. It's also nice to design the sections and have the appearance attributes of the current section easily editable right there at the top.  The finished products look great.  The customer support has been very quick; bugs have been fixed quickly; and suggestions have been implemented quickly. (I am very picky about workflow and logical information appearing on screens.)

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The gray fonts, and smooth letters are VERY hard to see, especially for older eyes.  (This is not just a Robly complaint; it applies to G2 as well....).  
There are active effects that take a while to load on a desktop - when I  have to confirm the deletion of a contact, it should't have a popup that takes forever to load and has a fade effect making it even harder to see what I am doing.
Many of the screens are not formatted well for a desktop user. It is almost impossible to use the tab key to navigate through the system, requiring a LOT of scrolling and clicks. This is where developers seem to have forgotten that a lot of the people actually using the system(s) are not using small mobile devices.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Quick, easy, and attractive emails.  Contact/list management is somewhat cumbersome; be prepared to really think about your lists before you upload them. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of marketing more than one product to the same target customer base, while easily keeping campaign info separate.  We are solving the problem of using a somewhat convoluted platform to do an easy task.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly's templates are clean and beautiful, we've gotten tons of compliments on our new emails since we began using them.  They also made porting over our information a breeze, and I was able to copy and paste all of our CC emails into the Robly system so we didn't lose a thing.  the best part?  Improved service, less glitchiness and $70 cheaper per month than Constant Contact.  Yes please!

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

There are a few strange formatting things that come up from time to time, like how the link underline will refuse to be the same color as the text above it, or the bullet points will refuse to change color.  Overall though, its perfect.

Take advantage of the trial and let them build you a custom template.  You won't be sorry!

Fewer glitches equals less time designing, and we've found that the OpenGen feature really adds to our open rate.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I love the value of the service. Lots of features. The constant updates with different templates are great too. I rarely use the full original template but it is a nice starting point so I do not have to conceptualize every single email campaign if I am in a hurry.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The only possible thing that I dislike is the lack of integration with other companies. It is a small gripe but some interfaces to some well known  lead generation & CRM software companies would be appreciated.

I highly recommend using Robly. At least try it out with their free trial and find out if they have all or most of the features your current email marketing platform has.

Allow their team to migrate you from Constant Contact, they're very fast and recreated my design template. Just remember to export any media from Constant Contact you don't want to lose, I don't remember them offering me the option to auto-migrate that data..

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I like that my newsletters are going into people's inboxes and not in their spam folders. I also like the campaign templates that they provide. They offer a very user-friendly interface for modifying the templates. I can do things on these templates that I couldn't do on templates from other mail server providers. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I think the price is a bit expensive for a small company like me. But I'll continue for a little bit longer since I like the service. I think Robly should offer more discounted offers on their monthly subscriptions for small businesses like me. I would also like more stats on each of the subscribers when you go to their profile on the Robly interface.

Super happy. I would recommend trying them out.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is very friendly and from original consultation to set-up was active and knowledgeable. The best part was that they were able to cut my e-mail marketing budget to a third of what I was paying before. For a small business and non-profit ministry, that is huge. Great templates to choose from and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I am having trouble with anchors not working in e-mails. Not sure if that is user issue or Robly issue. Also when I create a new campaign and have everything set up, I don't need to be prompted whether I want to redesign it or continue on my current design.

Please add a survey function. That would be helpful for my business.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The affordable rate has been a huge blessing, opening up money for use in other areas. The intuitive design was easy to teach co-workers how to use.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly's offered pricing that was much more beneficial for me. Migrating services was quite easy and everything was completed by the Robly Team. Customer service was very helpful and worked in a timely manner. I personally also love the email templates, more modern and easier to work with in the edit field. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

At this point, nothing. I do think sometimes when in edit mode, the email templates freeze up or a save wasn't successful but that is just a minor gliche. One personal wish list: I wish it could be synced completely with Salesforce. So syncing the emails and adding a Robly report feature into Salesforce so I can correlate the number of emails sent to our lists who become a customer.

Communicating to our customers on a timely and aesthetically pleasing way. Robly's portal and email reports are quick and easy to understand also.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Even a non-techie like me can access tutorials and learn how to work the program.  After I signed up they designed our newsletter template for me.  We are a small non-profit and Robly gives us great value - easy, nice-looking product and outstanding customer service.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

It's actually really hard to figure out something I dislike.  I do wish there was a way to increase my open rate, although based on what I've heard our rate is pretty normal.  

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

We just paid for our second year using Robly - it was just over $100 for the whole year.  The software will do about anything you need it to.  If you can't find what you need in a tutorial, customer support is available through chat, phone, or email (I've used all three).  This program just takes the headache out of communications.  

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since this product is so easy to use - even for the technologically challenged like myself - it means that putting out our newsletter is no longer a headache.  We actually need to be using Robly for more communication besides just the newsletter.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is super easy to use and easy to customize if you have additional skills in writing your own code.  Roby's new AI feature which is a system whereby the email arrives at the person's inbox as they are opening their email makes for more successful campaigns.  People are more likely to open new emails that just arrive in their inbox.  

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

This is a tough question.  I was using Constant Contact prior to this.  Everything is easier that Constant Contact and also cheaper.  I would probably have to try a few more email services in order to come up with something I don't like about Robly.

Try it.  You'll like it and you'll save money!

This is obviously an easy way to connect with most customers.  We are able to introduce new products and services and get the word out quickly and cost effectively.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Design and editing tools are very intuitive and easy to use. My experience so far with the Help desk is very positive - I've received very prompt assistance.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I would like it to be easier to copy a color - especially of text - from one campaign or even one block to another. Instead, I have to guess every time, particularly if the color isn't one of the standard colors.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

I can't see any reason not to switch - I find Robly to be easier to use than Constant Contact as well as less expensive. The customer support easily beats that at Constant Contact as well. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't fully explored the capabilities of Robly yet, but I am hoping that we will increase our open and response rate and improve our ability to tailor our campaigns to our target audience.

The ability to choose from templates or create your own email from scratch is a great feature.  The templates are eye-catching and easy to customize to best suit your needs.  The program is easy to use from setting up your contacts to creating an email and getting it sent out.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

It would be nice to have the ability to create your own standard template rather than refer back to a previous email campaign.  It would also be nice to have custom headers and footers that could always be available for every email rather than having to re-create them each time.

I suggest trying it out during the free trial and use it in conjunction with you other email campaign tool.

It's easy to get our message out to our customers and prospects.  It keeps us in front of our clients.

The learning curve on the campaign is very minimal.

Most of the emails seem to be labeled as spam.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Switching to Robly was pretty much 100% hassle free. They built our template, modernized it, imported our contacts, etc.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The one option I wish they had was the option to save an email as a .pdf rather than having to view in web browser, print to .pdf, and then save.  Also, adding multiple contacts can be an issue if you mistype a period instead of a comma, when you go to the "verify fields" section, if you made a mistake, there is no edit button. If you click back, you have to start from scratch entering the contacts.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Give it a trial, at the very least you can go back to your old service, but I seriously doubt you will, at least not if you were using Constant Contact.

The OpenGen has really helped increase our email opens by our clients.

Robby is affordable and user friendly. It's easy to get into and get and email out in no time! We use it for invites to our monthly events and sending newsletters to our members! 


**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I don't like that I have to convert my excel files to CSV before I can import them but that is really only a minor problem

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Get organized and have more professional looking emails with a great open rate. Don't waste your time on boring text-only emails when you can use robly. Get on it!

The templates for Robly are professional and easy to manipulate.   The team knows how to make positive "open" suggestions.   I'm very impressed with the Open Gen and I.O. feature measured by the increase in my opens and clicks.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

EMAILS can't be categorized.  Searching through pages to find the email I'm searching for or want to duplicate takes unnecessary time. Constant Contact offers a filing system that makes it so much easier.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly helps get the message out and read. Their intelligent software analyzes when my customers read their email and then sends my message at that time. Very smart idea!

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I wish there was a way of having more creative "word art" when putting together an email message. Such as "call outs", " balloon/bubble messages" and "banners"

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is easy to use, intuitive, and works very well. No surprises, like with Constant Contact.  CC really messed up one of my campaigns, and their attitude was apathetic, to say the least.  Thus, I was referred by an associate to Robly, along with the promise of a $35 credit for both of us.

I like the Open Gen feature, too. Great idea.  I must say I get a much better open rate then I did with CC.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The only thing I dislike so far is my associate who referred me to Robly and I never did receive our $35 referral credit.  So I'm somewhat skeptical that I'll receive a $20 credit for this review.

We all have been around confusing programs that promise a lot IF you can figure it out a complicated interface..  Robly promises everything you need for effective email campaigns AND makes it intuitive.  Easy-to-understand interface, helpful guides and FAQ's, and customer service to die for.  What's not to like?

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly doesn't always have common commands or links in places I would expect them. I chalked it up to coders who see the world differently than I do.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Use it when you need, and forget it.  Robly will be there with just what you need, when you need it.  LOVE the automatic follow-up to targets who did not open the first pass.

Uncomplicated outreach to client prospects complete with automatic follow-up and follow-up metrics.

The way you can change and put together email layouts is so simple. Drag and drop, lots of space to maintain photos and content---it makes it super fast to layout a great, professional looking email with no coding experience needed. The time released feature that is unique to Robly is awesome too---I have seen an increase in clicks and conversions because of it!

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I need better integration with Shopify, wordpress, and sumo me. The more emails I can capture the better!

When I was with constant contact I didn't like the look of my emails and it was time consuming to design them and generate good content. With Robly I can spend less time designing, because it is so simple, and spend more time on the content.

Robly combined the best of Mail Chimp and Constant Contact and improved them.  The support is outstanding!  Robly can be contacted via email, phone and chat.  They email ME periodically to make sure we are doing fine and to see if we need any help.  I just can't get over how customer friendly they are.  Most online businesses don't attempt to create a relationship with their customers and Robly does.

There isn't anything we don't like about Robly.

We just started with Robly and haven't been able to do much comparison but we are definitely getting more opens.  We were getting way to many unsubscribes, using NextGen, our unsubs have decreased substantially.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Anyone with any level of e-mail marketing expertise (or lack thereof) can jump right into Robly and immediately craft a contact list, design an e-mail campaign and a schedule to send a spiffy looking blast to hundreds, or thousands, of addresses! Plus, Robly staff and customer service crew are very responsive - via chat, e-mail or even phone. For a small company, they can surely manage their surely growing client base.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

There are a few unintuitive features (managing individual contacts, template color palettes, copy-n-pasting body text), but overall, this product is doesn't need any bells & whistles to deliver a top quality service.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robly delivers the same product and service as its competitors, but for half the cost. An easy business decision and after a few months since our organization's switch to Robly...it's all good!

We appreciated very much the easy transition from our previous software to Robly. Robly did all the hard work for us, and we were able to begin using it almost immediately. It is basically very easy to use, and we can get a newsletter out in a matter of minutes. Quite honestly, we really like the price too. As a not-for-profit, we are extremely conscientious about how we spend our dollars, and Robly provides a good solid product for a very winning price.

There's not much we dislike. Sometimes I have trouble linking, but that is probably more user error than a system problem.

Definitely worthwhile to give it a try.

The Robly campaign creation tools are easy to use and much less problematic than my previous provider. Mailing list administration that I had previously avoided due to limited time are now done automatically by Robly. Most importantly, my mailings are visually appealing and easy to read.

The social media features are not as robust as they were with Constant Contact.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I'm a graphic designer and use Robly on a weekly basis to reach customers. Robly makes it easy to build your own email templates and send out to email subscribers. There have only been a few times (when I first bought Robly) that I needed help and the live support was absolutely fantastic. They were able to promptly help me answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Robly for small and medium businesses. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

When I add new contacts using a CSV file, for some reason, I have to add them into Robly, using the Internet Explorer browser. I primarily use Firefox. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The monthly cost has helped us out in our marketing efforts. And the reports page is easy to read so we can evaluate each email blast and its effectiveness.

OpenGen is easily my favorite feature. Being able to automatically re-send to recipients that did not open the initial campaign is fantastic! The templates are professional, responsive and easy to customize.

OpenGen can be somewhat frustrating, this feature is a great concept, but I find it doesn't work as effectively as I thought it would. However I will continue to test this feature.

After using AWeber and Constant Contact a friend recommended Robly. I was skeptical but have the trial offer a shot. It has been an easy transition and I'm very impressed with the Robly system. As good as the product is, the customer service is a slam dunk! I recommend it highly to anyone who wants an effective and user friendly email marketing platform. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The only issue I had was trying to link Robly to Megaphone. The two are not linked so I was unable to proceed. That has been the only issue in over a year I've had.

I like the Open Gen option that will resend unopened emails 2-3 days later. I also am looking forward to using their Robly AI which will further help with knowing the best times to send our emails out.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

There's a bit of a learning curve with the details of sizing, anchors, using consistent colors, placing images with text. I'm still frustrated with the fact that I can't locate my chosen color palettes w/o memorizing the exact color codes...hopefully this will be fixed soon! Also, not being able to place my images where I would like within the text is a bit annoying. Hopefully, in time, I will be able to more easily work out these challenges.

I have received great support as I learn how to better use Robly. Their help pages and videos are excellent. The transition has been a little bumpy, but it's getting smoother as time goes by. Using their resources has been a great help.

I was using another email system for years for myself and clients email messages.  I was a hesitant when a Robly rep called me because I didn't believe it was going to be an even trade.  But after using the system a few times, I realized it was equal in service, and best of all 1/3 of what I was paying!  Very user friendly and intuitive to use.  I highly recommend!

I have not experienced anything that I would consider a "dislike".

Tracking opens is huge, so we can re-market to those that are interested.  Before we were just sending out messages with Outlook so we did not know what happened to the messages after we sent them.  The data is helping us make decisions on which potential client to connect with.

Robly is significantly cheaper than any similar platform we have compared. It is easy to use and email deliverability has been reliable. Their customer support has been fantastic. We had a dedicated rep help us with our transition from Constant Contact, and I frequently use their chat support. We are testing the new AI feature and are evaluating how effective it will be for us.

I would like to see them add A/B testing, email preview, geolocation, and a way for contacts to subscribe/unsubscribe to specific lists.

We are a small business and we try to save money wherever we can; however, we do like excellence. Robly is the best of both worlds. The email template that they created for us is rich and goes right along with our branding, Customer service is wonderful! If I ever need anything, I can always find help. I also appreciate all the tutorials because I am a visual learner.

I had some issues in the beginning with switching over from Constant Contact; however, Alex was wonderful and helped me figure it out. Do not give up and complain if you do not understand. The team at Robly truly wants to make your experience with them a pleasure. They will do whatever it takes to fix your issue. I am very impressed with their customer service.

Our new emails look far better so our presentation to our readers has improved dramatically. Our previous service had a clumsy interface so our emails were clunky. I love they way they look now. We were overspending for our last service so this option meets our needs at half the cost. The OpenGen feature is eliminating the need to send out reminder emails so we have reduced workload.

If I have a problem or question the Robly team are on it immediately with personal and friendly email responses. Price, performance, customer service are all outstanding! They are continually updating and offering new ways to enhance email marketing.

There have been a few times that users have been removed without requesting to. I don't like that happening, but the Robly response was that they will put the user back on whenever that happens and I tell them who it is.

Robly's Open-Gen feature has doubled our numbers, we are very pleased with this feature. Open-Gen along with it's AI feature has made a huge impact on how many people we can reach. Robly is user friendly and the response to our new design has been extremely positive. Transferring from Constant Contact was a breeze and we ended up spending less than we had been.

We found where the weak links in our email marketing, emails that were incorrect that we previously missed. Our emails also end up in junk mail more often than we would like.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we solved were in redesigning the  look of our emails, with the help of our marketing team we were able to make them simplified and easier to read.

The transition process from Constant Contact to Robly was very easy and quick, which was a huge boost.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The only slight criticism is that there is a decent amount of extra white space between different blurbs, but even that is very minor. It's more a personal preference than a knock on their product.

Feel free to ask questions. Their staff has been very helpful. Adam was a HUGE help for me early on, and he continues to be available. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Robly AI and the OpenGen features are fantastic. We are getting higher read rates because of both. We have yet to use it for a long enough period to see how that will move the profit meter, but we are very optimistic.

I love the Robly AI - super smart way to get more views of the email, opens and clicks. I also really like the Open Gen! Re-sending the email with a slightly different subject line to those who haven't yet opened the email is genius!

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

So far, we have yet to get support to build our templates so we can shut down our Constant Contact account - so are being charged for both services (boo!). Also, I would like the summary page to be more streamlined but include the open and click through rates of each email so I don't have to open the details of each email to see that. Also, some way to combine the overall email stats for the Open Gen campaign in combination with the original campaign would give us total stats on each email. The ability to include short videos in the email would be a strong enhancement as well.

Be sure to get them to transition your templates right away - now they are trying to charge us differently when they promised it was part of the setup.

We are reaching consumers to help them have their best visit to Summit County, Colorado - and providing updates on events, great places to eat, play, stay and enjoy the area. Improving our open rate, click through rates for our ads, and increasing blog readership through clicks to our website have been improved.

The Robly AI feature has made a definite difference in getting emails sent and open at the optimum time for each customer. Reports provide quick feedback at a glance. **What do you like best about Robly?**

The interface is very simple to use for quickly crafting an email blast. There are a decent amount of templates to choose from. If you have zero programming experience, Robly is perfect. My favorite part of Robly is how easy and accurately it imports contacts. You can take a CVS export file from literally anywhere, or even a copy/paste of some email addresses in a text file and zip those contacts into your database. Super simple. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I probably dislike the lack of new templates. When with another provider, they seemed to drop 15 or 20 new templates into their catalog per month, making it sort of cool to stumble over a new "look" to present to clients. Creative email templates answer the additional question of "we cannot afford a programmer or a graphic designer, so we hope (insert email service provider) has our back there and can make us look cool or professional to our clients. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing clients to do their own email campaigns while I keep an eye on it, and help them with the design of it all. We haven't tried the AI feature, but we do like the second round of emails we send out to those who haven't opened the email yet. That usually nets an additional 2-5% opens. Set and forget is great.

The ease in which campaigns can be produced is much better.  I used to use one of the other providers.  I found that because it allows so much content, my campaigns were very cluttered.  Too much information had thrown off my viewers.  Robly's size and structure are much better for email blasts.  

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I am not sure this is possible, but I have content on PDF's that I would like a reader to click on and download in the form of a button.  I don't want to upload the document as an image to the campaign.  I haven't been able to figure it out.  It would also be really cool to do Video and Audio.

Input of PDF's, Video and Audio would be awesome.

I love how easy it is to use. I can put together professional looking emails with no coding experience, and the formats look the same across different email platforms.

There could be a few more customization options in the email designs. Once you choose a template, you're blocked into only a few options.

Definitely try it out! I worked for a company that switched from Constant Contact to Robly, and that was the reason I did it for my own business. So much easier to use, and although there aren't as many design options, it's a much more consistent program.

When I used Gmail to contact our customer base, I was getting hundreds of bounce backs. Incredibly frustrating, and not great for business. Also, the formats in the emails would get completely out of whack. Robly gives an awesomely consistent email.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly was a seamless transition from Constant Contact. And so much cheaper! Absolutely love the OpenGen emails - they have increased our open and click rates as promised!

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike so far. As smooth as it has been, I don't see me disliking anything anytime soon. 

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Try it! You will get the same or better results at a better value! The OpenGen program is great and INCLUDED with your subscription! You won't be disappointed!

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Click and open rates were dropping for our business. This really seemed to have revived them. You cannot beat the value of Robly either. Getting ready to start using AI...I am sure it will work as promised and increase our opens/clicks even more!
