**What do you like best about Robly?**

I use Robly for email marketing, and it helps me manage contacts to design segmented campaigns and measure results. I highly value the ease of the email editor, which with little effort makes the messages look more professional and consistent. Robly's statistics have allowed us to improve our strategy, and moreover, the initial setup was quite simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Despite the fact that the editor is very easy to use, I would like the templates to be even more customizable.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Robly to manage customer contacts and design specific campaigns. Its editor makes it easier to create more professional and consistent emails. Previously, we didn't measure the impact of the campaigns, but now the statistics have greatly improved our strategy.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I used Robly because it makes email marketing easy and effective. The platform is user-friendly so anyone on the team can build attractive campaigns without technical skills. I like most about its simplicity combined with smart automation. It is very easy to create and send campaigns and features like automatic re-sending to non-openers (OpenGen) genuinely help improve open rates without extra effort. It works well by making email marketing very easy. Emails reach people's inboxes well, the reports are simple to understand and the automatic follow-up emails save a lot of time. Robly integrates with tools like Shopify through connections. These integrations help by automatically syncing contacts, adding new subscribers, and connecting email campaigns with sales or CRM systems. This helps in saving time and keeps everything updated without doing things manually.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly is good but some things can be better. The price feels high for small users and also advanced features are limited and the editor sometimes has small issues. More integrations and better reports would make it even better.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

When it comes to effective mass email marketing, Robly is my tool of choice because it provides me with all the data I need without any problems or slowdowns. It has helped us statistically track all the spend and traffic collected from various media, including social media and customer emails. It has been intuitive, fast, reliable and with great customer service. We are delighted with the results and the increase in sales it has generated.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Considering what we need from the marketing department, I have come to the conclusion that this is the best system we can implement. Not only is it an excellent tool, but it just keeps getting better and better.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a result, more and more people are visiting my company's website, which is boosting my business. Robly is an excellent and complete solution for our email marketing development. It allows us to create huge ad campaigns with many data streams and test different segments to see which ones work best for our clients. The best part is that it understands multiple dialects and translates languages.

The interface is quick, easy to use, and works exceptionally well without the complexities of other services I have used, either for our own email marketing or on behalf of clients.. All the information I need is presented in clean, usable, easy-to-understand form.

There isn't anything to dislike at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Give Robly a spin. Of all the services out there it is the simplest to use for a small to medium size business. In particular, try setting up a totally custom email, which the Robly UI makes very simple.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The simplicity and ease of use of Robly makes it very easy to create an email that looks good without being busy or cliche. Automatic resend only to people who have not opened the first send is as valuable as it is easy to set up, which greatly increases the number of responses.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is an attractive proposition for email marketing, we've been using it for months and it hasn't given the first problem so far. I love its user interface for how clean and intuitive it is, plus it integrates a wide variety of features and automations that help optimize marketing, among the most striking is that it allows us to send email content to our database, lead funnels, an excellent email editor with a wide variety of resources and much more.

Although it is sufficient for our email marketing needs for the time being, it is important that they add some other functionalities, even more so taking into account its high price.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has very interesting use cases and is well loaded with functionalities that help improve email marketing management and get the best out of it to improve the relationship with potential customers, organize customer funnels, store email content to our database to make it reusable, automate various marketing processes and more, there are many benefits it provides to our organization.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

The best feature of Robly is "Open Gen", it literally saves a lot of effort and time. It resends emails at optimal times to those who did not open it, increasing open rates. List segments, Auto responding, and A/B Testing are some of the other advantages of using Robly as your Email marketing platform. Even you can track the performance of your campaigns with the help of its analytics tool.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

For small business owners, it could be a little bit on the pricier side. And it does not offer any free plans at all. Another downside of using Robly is that the learning process is a bit difficult if you are new to email marketing.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robly's "Open Gen" Feature is amazing and it saves me a lot of time and effort. Automation of emails, List segments, and Autoresponder features effectively increases productivity while saving precious time. Even it has features to track the performance of campaigns which is again an excellent and helpful option.

The interface is extremely intuitive as it mainly relies on the drag and drop element, which makes it quite simple to use and run, the consumer support is always attentive to the requirements of the problems we present, the open rates increased exponentially since we started using Robly.

Options may be limited for an email marketing tool, competitors offer many more options to take advantage of, some features are likely to require several clicks to use, we would like it to be more convenient, limited form generation capability with external software, could improve in the future.

Robly is a very good tool for those who are just starting to get familiar with the subject of email marketing, with a series of functions that simplify in a few steps the sending of massive campaigns to promote products and services in companies, with a high opening rate and a well-designed forwarding system. Robly is a very beneficial integral solution for the development of our email marketing, managing to create massive advertising campaigns that involve large flows of information and allowing testing for the modification of segments that do not fit the needs of customers, a great alternative today.

I appreciate Robly for their exceptional customer service and AI capabilities. Their helpful representatives are always ready to answer questions or help with any issues I may have, and their platform's ability to track emails sent through it helps me ensure that messages don't get lost in transit. What's more, there's no need for manual scheduling - thanks to Roblys' AI capabilities, you can set up an email blast once and relax, knowing that your customers will receive it at the exact time you've scheduled it, without being overlooked due to personal circumstances such as weekends or vacation ideas when they're away from their desks.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I dislike that Robly does not allow users to save custom color schemes. Without this feature, users have no choice but to manually enter the hex codes for the colors of each email element every time they design an email - which means they cannot benefit from choosing their own unique palette that would make emails more vibrant and eye-catching.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I benefit from Robly by being able to monitor the success of my email marketing campaigns. The statistics it provides give me insight into how effective each campaign is, allowing me to optimize and tweak strategies for maximum impact in future campaigns.

I always follow email as an important method of communication with potential clients, social networks are important but not more than email; with Robly I can manage all my content and direct web to know my product and communications more directly and professionally from my web domain.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I love that the emails are created in such a way that they look perfect on any device that is opened, whether on computer or mobile. It has OpenGen that allows to resend emails automatically, only to those people who did not open the first time it was sent. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

This software is not so intuitive, so its learning curve can be a little high at first, but after that stage, you can take advantage of all its tools. In some occasions it has put obstacles at the moment of entering a new contact to the database.

It is a very useful tool for mass emailing, perfect for our email marketing campaigns to reach more customers. This software with all its tools, has allowed us to grow as a company and attract more customers and convert purchase intentions into concrete actions.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

The main feature that positively caught my attention is that Robly allows us to design campaigns with a large number of templates, there are templates for all types and occasions with different designs and very striking colors. I love the reports generated with Robly, you can see the amount of public that each campaign has captured and the public that has not accessed the campaign, all this data is exact and helps analyze the impact of sending the campaign. I like that our campaigns do not go into the spam folder at any time, all our recipients receive the emails in their main inbox, and it helps them to be viewed faster.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The system to generate forms is very poorly optimized, it does not have eye-catching designs for the forms and you cannot see the responses of our clients in the forms in real-time, you must wait a certain amount of time for the responses to be processed.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

I recommend it because it is a very easy-to-use software, adapting to the campaign design functions is quite easy and controlling campaigns is also quite satisfactory for any company.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robly has been key to our development and the development of our sales. It has helped us send campaigns to all our clients directly via email, in addition, it has a certificate filter that helps our campaigns arrive directly to our client's inboxes without any blocking. In addition,  Robly has helped us to control a large number of clients, we can organize all the clients that we have obtained with the help of the campaigns and proceed to the negotiation via our CRM system. The sales control has been quite satisfactory, Robly has provided us with real statistics of the performance that we have had in the sales generated weekly and monthly.

We have an incredible list of templates with help of Robly, templates of all kinds and colors and with a very striking design. In addition, the monitoring system is unique and in real-time, just by accessing the Dashboard, we can see the traffic movement that the campaigns are having, through graphs and information boxes. I also love that my campaigns always arrive in the recipient's main inbox, Robly has a trusted certificate and this helps ensure that campaigns rarely enter the Spam folder of our contacts. The import of contacts is immediate, it does not take any time to process the list of contacts, in addition, in the reports section you can see how much money was spent and how much remuneration was obtained with the campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I have no complaints about Robly, this system managed to boost our business marketing and we never had any problems during the sending, administration and completion of campaigns, everything has always been successful with Robly, without any kind of failure.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

My main recommendation is to connect all the Robly accounts of the Marketing sector of your company so that all the reports can be unique and general. Having separate campaign reports could spell trouble for the company.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Robly we have been able to take the campaigns further, we have been able to send instant campaigns to our social networks without much effort, in addition, the mail campaign system helped us obtain very good quality potential clients, interested in our services. Robly helped us to keep a statistical control of the expenses for each campaign and also a statistical control of the traffic obtained from various media, either from social networks or from customer emails. We are happy with the results obtained and with the generation of sales that it has contributed.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

In our company, the quality of our advertising campaigns is extremely important since these campaigns are the ones that will help us to have clients progressively so that our properties are constantly sold. Robly has been a key software for our development as a company, we have been using it for approximately 1 average year. The things that I liked the most about Robly were:

- One of the things that I love about Robly is a large number of templates that it offers me for my advertising campaigns. At Robly we have been able to create advertising campaigns with a unique design, the templates are very varied, with varied colors and very professional designs to organize information easily and make the campaign more comfortable to complete.
- Robly allows me to monitor in real-time the campaigns that I have previously sent. From the Robly panel I can know the receptivity that each campaign is having, it is only enough to access the "reports" section to be able to know in real-time the progress that each campaign is having, know how many users have entered and how many have rejected it.
- I love the main section of Robly, the dashboard section allows me to know the growth that advertising is having in my company, it allows me to know the acceptance that clients are having with each campaign that I send them. Also, it allows me to know how much fundraising we have had thanks to the campaigns and the clients obtained.
- I love how all the reports in Robly can be downloaded with ease, plus there is no extra time to wait for the weekly reports of our closed sales and sent campaigns to be processed. Reports are generated instantly and can be downloaded immediately.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Robly is one of the most effective platforms in my business sector, yielding many positive results and avoiding all kinds of errors during its operation. I am pleased to say that I have not had any type of complication during the use of Robly, t his software has left me extremely impressed as it has exceeded my expectations. I expected it to throw some kind of error as it happens with almost all software, however, its behavior has been quite positive, we have been able to import all kinds of contact lists to give our campaigns automated operation, in addition, our clients have had a very good receptivity of all our campaigns.

We are satisfied with the results obtained with Robly, without any type of failure and we hope that our experience remains the same.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since Robly came to our company, the way we see advertising has changed drastically and in a positive way. With Robly we have managed to build advertising into something more automated, where we don't have to worry so much about finding ways for our campaigns to reach our clients since Robly does that process for us. Robly came to our company about a year and a half ago, in the first week we did not notice so many changes, but in the long term, the changes were noticeable. Robly has managed to capture the attention of more clients, it allowed our campaigns to be more attractive and more potential clients to access them, to subsequently carry our a CRM process to achieve a satisfactory sale.

With Robly we have been able to attract more clients, thanks to the automation system that our clients have offered us, they can interact with the campaign and receive an automatic response from Robly. It is important to highlight that the sending of the campaigns has been satisfactory because our clients receive them immediately, Robly's campaigns do not go into the spam folder, they are always received in the inbox. The advertising system has improved exponentially and I am grateful to Robly for helping me generate more sales without doing so much manual work.

It's a very sophisticated platform but easy to use. It uses a couple of original technologies to improve open rates - (AI and OpenGen). The support team is amazing. Always willing to help and they actually provide useful advise when needed.

It's a bit pricey but 100% worth it. If fact the features and support are comparable to those solutions costing 2x3 more

The reporting and segmenting in Robly is truly amazing. Separating engaged from no-engaged subscribers is easy and with totally customizable rules, so you can keep you list clean and with good delivery reputation.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

A great feature is the ease of use on the administrative + project management side. I'm able to export invoices easily, pull analytics, and compare stats quickly. The statistics are very easy to digest at a glance and allow for speedy reporting.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about the platform thus far. However, an improvement I'd love to see is viewing an email by rolling over the title tile in the at-a-glance dashboard view. Otherwise, I do think this is a great, super robust platform.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The re-send functionality is great. With other platforms, I've had to manually export the unopened sender list to create another list to release to. Robly's functionality allows us to re-send the email after 48 hours to anywho who didn't open the first time around. AND they give the option for a new subject line - just in case the first one didn't entice the sender to open.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly is one of the best email marketing platforms available to have the best marketing through emails sending in bulk without any hurdle and slowness in the system. I am a regular user of Robly and have been using this software for quite a long time. The main feature of Robly which I like the most is their email sending system which sends email campaigns in bulk very easily. It is able to send different campaigns and different activities at the same time without any delay in working.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The biggest drawback that I have been facing while using the platform that it does not have a clear dashboard, I have to go to several tabs to reach the required tool after clicking on multiple places. Secondly, it is hard to edit the content in the advertising as it takes the same repetitive steps to actually edit and publish it again which is quite hectic and time taking.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

It has been a great venture for me to transfer my organization's marketing campaigns to Robly. It is helping me a lot and turned out to be the best in handling email marketing. Intuitive, fast, and reliable with great customer support. Need some changes in functionality and some features need updates. Other than that, I would highly recommend this to use as a primary email marketing tool to increase conversion on products or services.

It is also helping me in the organization while managing the email advertising campaign, it offers many tools to improve advertising strategy, send emails with images quickly and provide templates for creating and editing emails. I do not have any negative point regarding the operation of the system, it has seemed very complete and safe, in my opinion there are certain points in which you can improve with respect to advertising campaigns, generally 100% of the campaigns that are sent to 80% It is received by users so the objective is completed, however that 20% is lost, so there is no additional feature that solves that 20%, it would be perfect to find a solution.

Comparing prices and characteristics of the system is much cheaper for a much simpler tool and that each of them are very intuitive and we can create, edit and send campaigns directly from your software so it makes it much more comprehensive and similar to other software of advertising campaigns.

Robly is a platform that has very positive things, and that day after day towards what is possible to offer the best experiences for all users, however, there are several negative factors that have emerged and have significantly affected my development with this platform, one of these factors are:

1.- It does not have as much variety with respect to templates, which forces users to use their own templates or adapt any available template to the topic they are dealing with.

2.- The prices that Robly offers for its plans are really expensive, which makes me think that they should decrease a little, in order to offer better quality-price to users.

3.- Robly for mobile phones has an inefficient app, which means that not all campaigns can be viewed at the same time.

Robly has the ability to adjust to different situations, which gives it the flavour of dynamism as it was easily able to adjusted to the company that I was working in. Robly helped in creating a number of e-mail advertising campaigns efficiently and effectively, and helps in delivering the messages in a quick and easy manner. It also has pre-designed campaigns which are useful for someone like me who does not want to spend too much time in it.

I really, really like Robly. My only few problems with it is that it is a bit late in its notifications and response by the design team was a bit erratic which slowed down my work. the problem with my area of work is that I need the reports as soon as possible and in as much detail as I can. So if Robly can improve on that aspect, then it would  certainly be one of my favourites. ALso, the interface can be improved quite a bit to look better which will appeal to more users.

In terms of features and functionality this is the least expensive compared to other similar suppliers in the market. It has a very nice interface, easy to navigate and modern that makes it very easy and responsive to be able to make emails in a professional way without having a lot of marketing or desing knowledge. Customizing the templates is very comfortable since with their simple functions they manage to meet the needs to create an excellent bright-looking email. Very easily you can post the forms to place them on the websites where people can register to recive newsletters or help from our support team.

Sometime it is a bit annoying that this software doesn't adapt quickly to new technologies or functions of other software or websites. When I mention that it does not adapt I mean when there are API problems since there are changes that need to be updated in Robly. This hinders the development of work a bit since you always have to be looking for  solutions to keep the email function stable. At the moment it is the only problem I currently have with Robly, but it should be noted that does not make it the worst email marketing software.

I recommend it for how easy it is to use that also has multiple professional templates that can be customized through its easy configuration. **What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly offers a fantastic email marketing service! The templates are easy to use and the system is easy to navigate. They offer a variety of templates to work with for different designs as needed. The emails look professional, and their email database is easy to work with. Robly tracks the opens, bounces, and efficiently maintains the database with continuous updates to valid email addresses. They also offer a large amount of storage for images, which is extremely helpful to our company. It is also helpful to have the email subscribers go directly into the Robly database from our website and our Facebook page, by using the Robly email widgets offered. At any time, we can also export our entire email subscriber database at any time. If we have any issues, we can usually do a live chat with a Robly assistant to help work through the problem. We have been with Robly several years, and feel it is the best email marketing program out there today.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

The system is sometimes slow in saving templates, most likely based on the amount of users in the Robly site at the same time.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

If you are looking for a great company to use for blasting emails to your database, Robly is easy to use and has very reasonable prices.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because the Robly system is so easy to use, we are able to reach thousands of email subscribers more frequently. And also having the option to use the free Open Gen service in sending a second email has been a great advantage in getting more of our sent emails opened. We also get a lot of new subscribers from having the Robly newsletter sign up widget on our Facebook page.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

It is important to highlight how well this platform has behaved and the great functions it has provided to improve the business Marketing system. It should also be noted that Robly has been a platform that has provided the perfect functions to have an Email Marketing tailored and without any delay. During my experience, this platform has offered me several positive factors which have been very important to perform and enhance all my work results, these factors were:
1.- Robly allowed me to create campaigns in a very easy and faster way than any other Email Marketing platform, this has allowed me to save much more time to complete this work.
2.- It allowed me to take my campaigns to an audience really interested in the  topic being treated, in order to obtain valuable customers and boost our sales.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

All these positive factors have been conducive to performing my behavior with this Marketing platform, however, during my experience some negative factors also emerged which significantly influenced my performance process with the Robly platform, these factors were:
1.- Robly provided me with a very uncomfortable design, something that I really did not expect to receive from this platform, I expected a much more renewed design with better colors.
2.- Robly for mobile devices is not efficient, since it does not have a good notification system which throws a warning when a client has accessed the campaign. I would like a better nofication system to be implemented in the App.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

Robly is a platform that generates really fast results and this creates total confidence in each user. I believe that this platform is at a good price to be accessible to each user, and achieves stability in the applied Email Marketing.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite the various negative factors that suggested during my experience with Robly, with great effort and great work, we have been able to get the most out of this platform, since it is currently helping us to perform our Email Marketing system, it expands all our information in each campaign, and allows customers to receive all this information, all this has been achieved within the company that I currently work. I hope to continue having these great results.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I love how all the data is laid out in a nice readable format. It's also very easy to see where you are and what you're looking at. It fills in the gaps in our email marketing campaigns, which is super helpful. The stats we get from Robly are also very helpful with our marketing strategy. I also really like how Robly does the A/B testing for you. Creating email templates has also never been easier with their drag and drop system. It doesn't require a high level of html knowledge to make your emails look great. Overall, Robly make sending emails easier and does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I wish the graphs could also show by month or at least skip the days no emails were sent out. It difficult to see how many emails are opened if it's only showing every day. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Robly has allowed us to do A/B testing without a lot of fuss. It has helped us with creating email templates that work for every device and look great.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I love your platform because it is very stable. Among its features, I am very happy with its function to send emails after a certain time with different subjects, and also that it allows me to send emails when they can be read, this feature is great. I like the high quality of templates that this tool offers for email designs, I can design it my way and I really like that. I am very happy with its analysis function when integrated with Google, it is a very positive and good aspect that I have been able to appreciate in this tool.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I don't like the notification system that this software comes with, because its notifications are quite delayed and I don't like receiving any important notification with such a delay, especially when they are from clients. Although I like the color palettes, I see that they are very limited for creating specific designs, I would love to be able to design designs of any choice. I also find it difficult to incorporate multiple IDs because when it comes to identifying modifications, it's hard to know who could have made any changes.

I recommend Robly because it is a useful tool for work, providing good service and quality. It fulfills its functions and is very stable when planning. It's very good!

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has been very useful for me, it saves me a lot of time, it helps me avoid problems when sending different reports. It is capable of scheduling my emails and at the same time I have saved a lot of money using this tool in my work. I have achieved great income through this software by knowing how to use it intelligently.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

I belivee that Robly has been a generally open platform for my company, which has provided the right features to establish a good sales circle and perfect stability in the Marketing system. One of the most striking things in a positive way about Robly, is its perfect function to export Outlook contacts, in this way, the way of adding people to whoem an advertising campaign is going to be sent is simplified. It should be noted that this function is quite easy to use, and without a doubt, makes it easy to add a list of contacts to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

One factor that has been really critical during my experience with Robly is its free trial period. Currently the free trial period only allows you to create 1 advertising campaign and add a maximum of 5 subscriptions. I believe that this trial period should be much more complete, in order to allow the user to enjoy many more things before buying any of the plans, and also allow the user to know more about the platform and know how to use each one of its alternate functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

My company and I really recommend this platform very much, since it was implemented, it achieved great changes in a very short time, throwing a perfect ROI with which our company could feel at ease. Robly greatly facilitates the marketing and expansion of information for different areas, allowing the administrator to selectively select each group for a specific. Robly is accurate, stable and secure with all the information used.

This work platform has greatly facilitated my performance in the company I work, because these new and fluid tools, have guaranteed a correct sending of emails in the area of Marketing, and have achieved that the advertising we had long wanted, we have it with just a few simple steps. Robly has managed to stabilize the automatic mail delivery, expanding with advertising, all the information we want, so that it reaches all the environments and places we want.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

Robly has been a really contemporary platform and has developed very good positive changes in my company during all this time. I believe that Robly has been an influential platform and that it has had a proper functioning to ensure my experience on the web. What I liked most about Robly is its ease in creating advertising campaigns, I have really adapted to the simple way Robly provides me, dragging information, inserting images with only 2 steps, adding sections in the campaign. The whole campaign cration process is extremely easy using Robly, that is what has kept me using it the most.

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

I believe that the only negative factor that has been presented about Robly is its management of campaign shipments to business emails. Robly works perfectly by sending campaigns to free emails such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, however, when sending campaigns to a business domain, the campaign takes a long time to reach its recipient successfully. This factor is really annoying, and causes certain mishaps in the user experience.

Robly would undoubtedly serve perfectly for any company, its way of creating campaigns is what attracts the most attention, because it ensures that every employee can save time doing this type of work.

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have benefited a lot with the help of Robly. I have really been able to develop a much more sophisticated sales process, with which I can offer an email sending campaigns to my subscriptions as any times as I want. Robly has helped my company a lot, we have grown a lot and we have improved the design of our advertising campaigns with the help of this fantastic platform.

**What do you like best about Robly?**

We like Robly to adapt to the size of our advertising campaigns regardless of their extension. For example, it allows us to work with campaigns of small numbers of emails (less than 1000) up to amounts of emails up to 5 digits. Robly works with bounce tracking, and with demographic data synchronization. We also like that the marketing can be customized to be executed based on drip strategies. 

**What do you dislike about Robly?**

Synchronizing the information with the work team is a bit complicated considering that Robly does not provide collaboration tools, since it is limited to marketing campaigns. In fact, it does not even have a calendar in which the information of the advertising campaigns carried out or to be carried out can be organized. 

**Recommendations to others considering Robly:**

We recommend the use of Robly to achieve a much larger range in customer segmentation. This service is also good for working with loyalty programs, and for creating completely unique personalized emails. It is recommended to integrate more than 700 services. 

**What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its integration with Facebook and instagram has made our campaigns cover social networks much better, and by integrating it with cloud-based hosting services we can take everywhere the material we will use in our current emails, as well as in future emails. We also have better leads from potential customers, and greater engagement follow-ups.
