I used Robly for several years and I was happy but eventually it became buggy so I pivoted to another email marketing service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Robly? I don't like that if I delete someone I can't add them back at a later date. I know I can uncheck lists and then go back and re-insert them into a group but I think this is a silly feature. I'm also thinking of moving to a CRM and wish Robly partnered with some of them. Didn’t integrate well with other programs - list management could be better with CRM integration. Also, maybe some reports send out to show how emails perform - and a way to export that data better. I like that Robly uses an easy drag and drop system to help me create custom newsletters. I also like the ability to access customer service relatively quickly. I also don't like that the font sizes always get messed up when I send out my newsletters. It is not easy to move photos around and size them to get the newsletter to look exactly how I want it to. Not being able to edit HTML directly Links to non-google analytics websites wouldn't function if you enabled tracking for your links to websites that did work (a competitor did not have thie Open rate calculation was incorrect when I began, and I think it still was a little incorrectly calculated and somewhat inflated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Robly: Think about whether tracking links in google analytics is important to you. One broken link to a website not administrated by us (a website made by our event software) that didn't use analytics caused us to resend an entire campaign because it wasn't clear in testing this was a limitation. Marketing products needs the ability to test subject lines and resend to recipients who do not open. This product did increase our open rate, and let more clients know about new products.
