Robin is quite easy to use and set up. It has built in features that other require additional payments for e.g. creating a map (which in fact is SUPER easy). I use it on a daily basis and both browser version and mobile app works great and haven;t faced any major issues while using it. Haven't got many options to reach out to customer support as it was really easy to implement and integrate with our network infrastructure (you can be checked when your device log in to specified IP range). It could be a bit more transparent and allow you to either use map view and simple search (list pick up where you provide filters and have a result of available options). With current mobile app this part is not user friendly and sometimes when I book a desk, a room and parking spot - not all information are being provided on the day summary view. My only complain is that the Phone App auto-checkin takes about 45 mins to kick in once connected to the Wifi. I wish it would auto-checkin at a more frequent rate, but it's fine.
