I like the conference room calendar overview -- it is extremely helpful when trying to reschedule/rearrange meetings in conference rooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Robin? The booking system can be a nightmare. Rescheduling/relocating conference rooms using the platform is a HUGE headache. It involves way too many steps. There are BIG problems with it's Gcal integration. Robin is unable to delete any reoccuring meetings scheduled through Gcal... makes sense, I suppose. Though this poses a major issue when trying to delete reoccurring meetings (scheduled by accounts which we no longer have access to) from the Robin system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Robin's digital signage clearly communicates what conference rooms are reserved (& when) for those looking to find meeting space in a pinch.
