"Perfect Tool for Remote Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

I like the ease of accessibility to my coworkers and being able to leave notes on their work. ROAM doesn't impede on how fast we get work done and ensures that projects get released in a timely manner. The initial setup of ROAM was pretty easy and seamless without the need for troubleshooting or technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

I think that there are certain things within ROAM that do need a little bit more solving. Sometimes whenever a coworker is on a Google Meet or taking a meeting on another software, it doesn't display that the coworker is busy. So I feel that an automatic system that shows that a coworker is taking a meeting in another software that being displayed within somebody's ROAM status could be beneficial to the platform. "Roam Brings Real-Time Presence and Collaboration Into One Virtual HQ"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

What I like most about @Roam is how it brings presence, collaboration, and productivity together in one unified platform. Unlike traditional tools that often feel disconnected, Roam creates a live, interactive workspace where I can actually see what’s happening in real time—who’s available, who’s in meetings, and where opportunities for connection exist. That kind of visibility really changes everything for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

Roam works best when everyone on the team is using it consistently.

The platform is designed as a centralized virtual HQ for collaboration. I noticed, if your team or network isn’t fully active on it, the experience can feel limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everyone to the Auditorium — Roam is LIVE!"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

I love seeing the virtual floors, meeting rooms, and offices. It reminds me a bit of the overhead visual from the CLUE board games. As soon as I start my day, I'm grounded in a virtual space and able to connect more organically with teammates. All the things that *should work*, *do work*. The performance is great, the video quality is high, and there are integrations to high-value productivity tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

I think if I was trying to use this as a small business owner then I might be priced out of using Roam, but since my employer is paying for it now, I don't really have to worry about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Collaboration with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

I like that ROAM has improved communication, meetings, and overall collaboration by creating a virtual office experience that feels more real-time and connected than traditional communication tools. I really enjoy how team members can knock on someone's virtual office, join meetings quickly, and stay connected throughout the day. It's great to be able to track or spotlight where someone else is and also have the option to set myself on DND when I need to focus. The system is efficient, easy to use, and helps make remote or hybrid work feel more natural. The VAI notetaker is a very strong feature because it captures meeting details and keeps important information organized. Overall, I feel like ROAM is a great tool for teams looking for a smoother, smarter, and more connected way to work. Also, switching to ROAM was really smooth, and 99% of the office was enchanted by how intuitive it was. The quality of the calls is really good compared to other apps I've used. "Indispensable and Intuitive—Roam Delivers Reliable Meetings, AI Insights, and Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

Indispensable, multi-faceted, and reasonably priced, Roam serves as my virtual meeting space, and so much more. The interface is intuitive, and the feature updates are both frequent and meaningful. The API integrations also support my automated transcription processing. I honestly don’t remember Roam ever being “down” in a way that forced me to use something else.

Magic Minutes was my first consistent use of AI for business processes, and it produces excellent, actionable insights. The follow-up actions are clearly assigned, which makes it easy to move from discussion to execution. The price is exceptional for any single feature of the platform, but the combination of practical solutions for a virtual workforce makes it a steal.

I recommend signing up for their VIP tour; it’s informative, and it also feels like a genuine reflection of their ongoing support and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

What I dislike is less about Roam itself and more about the stranglehold incumbents have in this space. People often forget that they had to authorize the camera and microphone when they signed up for their enterprise solution, so the first time they use Roam, the initial setup can feel clunky. "All-in-One Solution for Coaching Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

I love that ROAM offers me a virtual home for my coaching business, eliminating the need for a physical office or using multiple platforms like Zoom, Acuity, and Circle. It centralizes everything in one place, which is beautiful. I appreciate that I can use one software instead of five, providing both me and my clients with a single, easy-to-navigate location. It gives me a more professional appearance and a seamless internal experience. I'm particularly inspired by ROAM to think of new ways to offer my services and introduce new offerings due to its wide range of use cases. The initial setup was super easy, seamless, and supported well, enhancing my overall satisfaction with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Intuitive, efficient, and complete" "Simple, agile, and powerful" "Easy to use and great functionalities""
4.5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

The tool facilitates the exchange of information on a daily basis, centralizing conversations, alignments, and interactions in a more organized manner. The artificial intelligence of Magic Minutes adds significant value by generating summaries and bullet points of the meetings held. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

One point that could be improved is the memory consumption during the use of the application. In some situations, the tool ends up opening many pages or processes at the same time, which can increase RAM usage and consequently affect the computer's performance. "Makes Our Virtual Office Feel Real—Magic Minutes Is a Standout"
5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

It has everything I need to make the virtual office feel like a real office. I personally love Magic Minutes and use it often to refer back to meeting notes without having to manually take notes down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

There seems to be a bug or so with Mac OS Ventura maybe, at least on my Macbook Pro 2019 (16"), where anytime my video is on, the video itself is quite laggy, almost 1 frame per 10 seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizing Remote Work with Virtual HQ"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Roam?

I like the visibility ROAM creates into how the business is operating, much like a physical office. This includes better communication, more visibility around employee availability, and shorter, more efficient meetings. I appreciate that ROAM integrates with most other tools, including our MSFT suite, which allows for easy scheduling of meetings through its AI tools, eliminating the need to search for meeting spots manually. The integration with Spotify is a cool feature for us as a music company, as it allows people to see what someone is listening to in their office. The initial setup was very smooth, with the ROAM team being very hands-on, and their early onboarding demos are entertaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roam?

The agenda feature in the app could be improved to allow people to see further forward in calendars. ROAM could allow for some more visible notifications when someone gets a chat message or has a 'door knock'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
