What do you like best about RoadWarrior?

Road Warrior is easy to use, you can save all your most used locations for one click adding to a new route. I use this to route our deliveries every week; it will optimze to give you the best route to take to maximize your time. It's also great when you're visiting somewhere you aren't familiar with, simply put in hte places you want to visit and the app will create the best route for you. I used this recenly on an out of town shopping trip in a larger city. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RoadWarrior?

If you. make an edit to a note the app does not always save, I usually copy the text anytime I add a note and then double check - usually I end up having to paste the text back in and save a second time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RoadWarrior?

As a real estate appraiser I sometimes need to drive to 70+ homes in a single day. I have a script that formats the address list into their import xlsx format and it saves hours each week from manually entering each address. I also end up having to go to new construction or vacant lots that don't yet have addresses, so the ability to enter in latitude and longitude, as well as direct the navigation to use the cordinates is vital for my purposes. I've been using the software for several years and it has been a great tool. It just works and I haven't experienced technical difficulties or ever needed to contact their support. What do you dislike about RoadWarrior?

The only gripe I have is they are hyper aggressive about single log in. So when planning a day out I often switch between PC and phone and having to log in each time I switch devices in the organization stage is annoying. Just allowing 2 simultaneously active logins would solve this while still preventing large scale credential sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RoadWarrior?

RoadWarrior does exactly what it says: takes my list of stops and routes in a manner that is most efficient according to my preferences. I can select different ways to route the drivers, whether it's based on point to point or round trip, and configure the stops based on receiving windows of time. What do you dislike about RoadWarrior?

When using the navigation through Google Maps, sometimes the GPS coordinates don't match the physical location. If the address is typed into Maps the directions are accurate, but not if sent via coordinates from RoadWarrior. This happens maybe 5% of the time and is easily corrected (so long as you have a driver that is paying attention!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In regards to the address/coordinates in the mobile app, your drivers can change the Navigation Target within the mobile app settings to either Coordinate or Address depending on what it is already set to. We're glad to hear that RoadWarrior helps you stay organized and saves you time! A nice option for locations that you visit often is to save that location as a Favorite. If the address you type in for a location doesn't take you to the exact location for your delivery, you can drop a pin in the exact location of your delivery and then save that location as a Favorite for quick and easy use for future routes.
