I get my list in but the street number, street name, city, zip and state are all combined in one line. They also increased the price. **What problems is RoadWarrior solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without this software I dont know how many stops can fit in a route nor which path is the most efficient. This allows us to quickly understand how long a route will take. In regards to the reverse route option, RoadWarrior does not have a reverse route option at this time, however we have stop settings that can help achieve this. A reversed route does not always equal an optimized route, even though it can visually appear to be the same.  For example, you might end up in a downtown rush hour in the reverse  route, when the original plan would have completed that portion at 10 am in light traffic.   You can set the first and last stop on any route, which can help to reverse the direction for a return route while still optimizing all stops on the route. Mark First (Start point) and Mark Final (Endpoint) are on each stop's option menu, set those on applicable stops before optimizing. We are glad to hear your experience with RoadWarrior has been user-friendly. For your route settings, when you set your default setting via web and create your routes on the web app, the default route settings will always apply no matter what the previous route settings were. This however, is not the case in the mobile app. When you change route settings in the mobile app for one route, the next route is going to default to those previous route settings.
