"great tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

the possibility of managing more than one roadmap from the same map.

It is a great tool, and they have improved a lot over the years.

I started working with them when they were a much simpler and less sophisticated tool.

that did not even allow modifying changes once made.

They have made it possible to undo changes, they have included a master roadmap, they make it possible to export the graph in different ways, they allow you to work and load your initial fields with Excel.

Colours, sharing views, they has a nice tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

When you work with more than one team or more than one epic, the chart-view, the size of the grid is too big. Also, the way that represents it in a roadmap is not good enough.

the downside is date changes or movements, and not being able to understand these changes as the change is applied, but you don't see that change, the icons don't show that once the roadmap time period started, there was a delay.

This causes that month after month we have had to "print" in advance, month after month each roadmap to be able to compare ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

Configurable roadmap views, bi-directional integration with Jira Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

User management is poor. Having bi-directional access to Jira tied to a single user ID. Only one owner per project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"allows me to plan the products and services that I offer"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

The fact that it complies with what it promises turns out to be something quite attractive, since there are already many tools that do not comply with everything that they are supposed to comply with, however with Roadmunk it is not the case, the fact that Allow me to plan the products and services that I intend to offer in a much simpler, more practical and efficient way. It is something quite perfect and practical for me, since that way I can improve all my products and services in a much easier and faster way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

Unfortunately it has many negative points, its interface for example could be much easier to handle, the fact that it has basic and elementary functions for this type of system (such as erasure of information) I consider a rather serious failure , if we talk about its performance well ... although it is not the best there is, it is not the worst, but I still consider it quite low, its customer service team is quite slow (and when I say enough I mean quite ) when responding to any questions or problems we may have. "AVOID AVOID AVOID DOES NOT WORK AND TERRIBLE SERVICE"
0/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

Visually its really appealing in some ways Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

The customer service was beyond terrible. Turnover in all departments, They lied about offering refunds and burried details in the fine print. The product is not ready for prime time and should stay in beta for a while - which means they should not charge users for an unfinished product. When you have an issue, its a disaster - the CS team is petty and just awful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overpriced for what it does"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

Interface is smooth from a transitions perspective, not buggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

The product itself doesnt have much substance especially as a standalone. Plenty of better alternatives, including Aha, or even some of the widely available jira plugins. Not sure how this product is sustaining itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very useful Tool to be able to visualize, share and collaborate on product roadmaps"
4/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

The ability to quickly create several visuals of a roadmap based on a single data set. Different stakeholders in our organization need access to a different level of Roadmap data so the ability to serve it to all of them based on one dataset saves us quite a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

Like any fixed web-based tool, you are limited to what the tool will allow you to do UI wise and sometimes run into limitations if you want to indicate an exception or some kind of caveat on the timeline. So far, we always found ways around it using existing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful but limited"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

The ease to add new elements and some of the features to have a couple of ways of visualize, by element and by swim lane, modifying the grouping on the buckets and the rows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

I think some of the visualizations are limited and functionality only becomes available on the higher cost versions, which are rather expensive, as you try to use it as a collaborative tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rethinking Visual Roadmapping "
2.5/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

The best feature of Roadmunk it the ability to group multiple product roadmaps into one larger master. This helps with multi phase development where you have different enhancements coming out for the same parent product. I also am a fan of the Milestones, as a Product Manager I can set larger milestones that drive launch activities while the engineers can implement gates that I can align on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

A bit buggy for my taste. I would like to see more slippage tracking. E.G if we miss a key date being able to track how far we missed it by and have a historical record of that would be useful. They have a key date system but it is cumbersome and I have not been successful implementing it. I understand they are a startup and I think they have a good start to a product. "Simple tool for simple roadmapping"
4/5
What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

I like that this tool is really simple and visual. I needed something that I could use to quickly and easily get my thoughts and roadmap items in a visual format. We use Jira to manage the actual engineering work, but I wanted something simpler to have strategy and prioritization discussions with leadership, Roadmunk was perfect for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

My only real gripe is that sometimes the software isn't fast enough to keep up with what I'm doing. There are instances where I'm moving stuff around quickly within the timeline views and have to wait for the software to "catch up" or in some instances, the change won't get made because I worked too fast. What do you like best about Roadmunk by Tempo?

With it, you can build a roadmap not only for a product or project, but also to visualize sprints and plan releases. The service allows you to visually present the product roadmap, link the global strategy with the roadmap processes, identify and evaluate ideas, collaborate with all stakeholders (including customers and non-technical colleagues), integrate with third-party systems. What do you dislike about Roadmunk by Tempo?

Only English is supported, no application on phones, no free fare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
