Regardless of any business size, it fits well into any Organization's product management. It is a cloud-based product/project management solution. It can make visual road models visible for all staff members. It has readily available preset themes, which saves a lot of time. The interface is relatively smooth. The usual project management requirements, i.e., Sprints, can be maintained. Plus, we also have the option of importing data from Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is pretty expensive. However, we get a free 14-day trial of the product. Even though importing data is easy, it is not easy to export the roadmaps. There is also no support for smartphones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about roadmunk is the flexibility it gives you right out of the gate. Many times, there are steep learning curves within platforms like these that are de-motivating. Roadmunk has a variety of features that allow you to tailor your roadmap for any audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I am still learning is how to properly track dependencies from sub-items, but other than that, it is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love all of the functionality it offers, but my favorite part is how easy it is to use and understand. The UI is very clean and makes it easy for collaborators to look at the swim lanes or full picture and know what they're looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It only offers two different views to see your information, in a swim lane type of way and an epic/category way. While I get that, I wish it would be more robust maybe in the Agile field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everyone in my company that started using the tool, got a good handle on it without much handholding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They should improve on their sharing features. Their auto-publishing linking feature broke multiple times.

Their shared link provides a low-quality dumb version of the roadmap. I am guessing that's a marketing trick to encourage getting more licenses, but the shared link UI is atrocious.

If not for this link sharing issues, I would've rated this product 10/10, because its a life safer for me and my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
