So like platform is very supportive in terms of customising templates and integrations, which makes our work easier in connecting road map planning with existing workflows. Drawback of this platform it can take some time to set up specially if the team has multiple products and many stakeholders or even complex road map categories their tool is powerful but getting the structure requires more complex planning also for smaller and mid sized team some features may feel more advanced than required their pricing is also bit on a higher scale should be considered 4 midsize teams as well simple road map need a basic spreadsheet or presentation might feel faster initially this platform has become valuable when road map visibility and alignment become important. I like using Roadmunk by Tempo because it replaced a messy mix of sticky notes and Google Docs, allowing everything to live in one place. This makes it easier to plan my content creation calendar and map where I want to take my channel. The visual timeline view is particularly helpful. As a creator, my schedule is always shifting, so being able to drag and drop on a timeline saves me a lot of time and energy.
