**What do you like best about RMS?**

the most amazing thing about RMS hotels is that it combines a lot of service providers at a single please . Moreover it's interface is very easy to understand and it have a lot of hotel reservation featurs including multiple payment method support

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

it is good but sometimes it hsve long response time , and while analyzing the charts it was having some bugs but they seems to be fixed now

**What problems is RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So i was working with a compamy who used to rent villas in goa and have listed that on multiple platforms , and to maintain all those properties they was using different differnt setups , but now with the help of RMS they can do all that at one go so that thing is amazing

**What do you like best about RMS?**

I enjoy contactless options that the companies allow for booking with travel agents. I used this for a client to integerate their data embedded in the software when anlyzing the property data. Also, the interface was really seemless to use. Unlike most company software, this one included manyh options for better visualiztion and metric tracking options for marketing needs.

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

Most of the data had needed some clean-up  as duplicztes was found in the chart.

I feel this product gets the job done with booking multiple reservations within the software.

I like how easy it is to use and scale to fit your needs regarding all the essentials, including reservations, housekeeping, billing, etc.

**What do you like best about RMS?**

User Interface is among the best. Customer support is good. I can't believe there were so many options, especially for hostels and remote motels. It's a must-have platform for anyone who is looking to organize things.

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

Okay, so the website gets a bit slow and there are issues with group booking. Nothing significant though.

**What problems is RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with guests is important and RMS just makes it so easy. Then, there are management tasks for hostels that would be impossible without a dedicated system.

Location cannot be changed in the beta version of the dashboard

Well, is solves the Poor guest communication, and the Overbooking is so good, at the other point of view it offers very low cost which is beneficial for me.

The best thing is that we are getting all reservation related service under one roof with 500+ providers and multiple payment options. One of the best platform to enhance guest experience

**What do you like best about RMS?**

Ease at which you can do hotel reservations, user interface is user friendly and easy to use, multiple features during hotel reservations are included. Easy to implement across your organisation and quickly scalable.

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

During multiple reservations there are issues as page refreshes and have to redo the process. Not enough documentation or video tutorials.

With the use of cloud technologies RMS hotel can take reservations from various geo locations and this provides quick reservations to the customers. All available hotels with their price comparisons, makes it easiest for customers to choose.

The thing they attached to the Hotels & bouquets is the most innovative thing I noticed in recent times.

There are still some things that need to be improved in the Hotel like services needed to improve.

It's easy to make reservations on RMS and even multiple once at the same point in time, and also the fact being sending emails is very easy.

There are some bugs at the time of making reservations, but it works.

**What do you like best about RMS?**

I loved the ease of making reservations and sending emails to the guests, even once they have arrived.  I love that you are able to make multiple reservations at the same time.

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

When making multiple reservations, it is difficult to make the deposit for each reservation. You have to charge the account for all of the and then go in and individually apply the deposits.
We also had an issue where we had to close the online reservations because it was double booking reservations and then would reserve golf carts that were not available.

**What problems is RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved time management with this program! It was much quicker to do everything and our guests loved it.

**What do you like best about RMS?**

Custom dashboards you can make for different lines of business within your resort. They have many widgets you can add to your own personal dashboard including occupancy graphs, live housekeeping information, and links to any reports or functions in the program that you would like. You can save this dashboard for just yourself so every user can have their own, or you can save a dashboard for one line of business, say all your reservations agents can see the same dashboard as a default and all your maintenance staff will see a different more relevant dashboard for them. It took some time to set up and get used to all the features but RMS is very easy to explore and forgiving if you make a mistake.

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

I work specifically for a rental home company, so there are features of this program that only really relate to hotels as a opposed to rental homes, so there are some differences in business needs that we have to work around within RMS that we didn't used to have to, for instance taking payments and how the payment tab is in this program is specifically designed for hotels and not exactly for how we previously took and processed payments, but we make it work.

**Recommendations to others considering RMS:**

Training is necessary, we are still working with going completely live, but it seems very user friendly. There are a lot of features though with specific wording that will take some getting used to.

**What problems is RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more than one property (hotel) that we need to oversee in my company and with RMS we can see all properties at once as opposed to having two different accounts and programs open to be able to access multiple properties at once. There are many other benefits but this is the main one that makes my life a lot easier. I am not as fond of it being in the cloud, just because I've had issues with other cloud based systems, but that is where the future is going, as long as they keep up with their servers we shouldn't have an issues.

The menus are not organized well. Sometimes when I'm trying to configure things I spend more time looking for the menu item then I should have to.

Don't waste any more time using a lousy reservation system. You get what you pay for.

Taking reservations on the phone and online, automating correspondence with guests, running reports, etc.

Split reservations can be a challenge, rates don't always calculate correctly. Reporting isn’t always intuitive.
