Implement it in your institution as soon as possible. Intuitive. **What do you dislike about RL Suite?** Capabilities for mobile app are constricted ie. limited amount of files allowed. You are unable to edit files within the mobile app once a file is submitted. There is no way to organize or drill down inboxes. Inboxes are full of files, which notates how many are unread, but not total. If you want to know how many files are in an inbox, you must physically count. **Recommendations to others considering RL Suite:** Be cognizant of what files you want visible in the app versus desktop view. **What problems is RL Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for housing/storing data.
