Rivvi is a HIPAA-compliant AI workspace for healthcare organizations. Teams chat with Rivvi, upload patient and operational data, run analysis, and build reports and documents. Rivvi keeps an organization memory that improves as the team uses and corrects it. Uploaded patient lists are enriched with public CMS and NPI data. Rivvi connects to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Outlook, Power BI), Google Drive and Sheets, and HubSpot, and can be tagged in Microsoft Teams. From the same workspace, teams can run patient outreach and engagement by voice, text, and a website chat widget, including inbound lines and outbound campaigns in Spanish and 30 other languages. Rivvi is used by medical groups, value-based care organizations, community pharmacies, behavioral health providers, and clinical trial organizations. SOC 2 Type II.
