**What do you like best about RiverSoft?**

I like how you know that you are done with a category in the document once it turns blue because that saves me time from having to go back and see if I finished it or not. I also like the look back button to see if the client has improved or not from the previous visit.

**What do you dislike about RiverSoft?**

I don't like how it does not have spell check on it and that makes it difficult to type in a word document and then go back to paste it because you don't want to have errors and don't have time to recheck it.

**Recommendations to others considering RiverSoft:**

I think it  is a valuable tool that allows us nurses to have a place where we can look at what other nurses have assed with this client and compare notes.

**What problems is RiverSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us with being more accurate in our documenting by making sure we cover the important areas that ae needed for the patient.
