Riverside is extremely easy to use, and I love the integrations with Google and Gmail. The transcription is fantastic, and the editing tools are straightforward (I’ve never edited a video in my life). As a first-time podcaster, I’ve found this to be a great platform, and it feels like there are endless features to explore. I’ve also been really impressed by how much the Riverside team tries to support their clients. We’re not just customers to them—or at least, I haven’t felt that way. I was recording a show with two prominent experts when my connection suddenly failed. The internet tech later discovered that someone had deliberately tampered with my line—crazy.
