I also appreciate the global vision the product offers. **What do you dislike about Riverbed Aternity Employee Experience?** You could have an AI to see things directly without having to know where to navigate through its menus. That is, tell the AI 'I want to see this' and it shows it to you directly. **What problems is Riverbed Aternity Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Riverbed Aternity Employee Experience to monitor devices, obtain information for assessments, and make remote changes to configurations. It allows me to see the status, connections, and application usage on the devices, as well as providing an overall view. ### 2. It is fairly easy to set up a dashboard. It's a great tool to quickly get a high level view of how well everything is working. **What do you dislike about Riverbed Aternity Employee Experience?** The features aren't always the best. It would be nice to have some setups/templates for common features. For example, we use a fairly basic Azure setup with a redis cache, service bus, a few App Service plans, and so on. It's also got one database. I had to configure all of it separately, but I think that it would have been nice to select from a pre-made template. **What problems is Riverbed Aternity Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit is that AppInternals does a great job of seeing the status of everything we have it monitoring. It's a great look at how everything is working. I can take one quick look and I know that we are in good shape. ### 3.
