Some of the top features are the forms validation on the Tax forms and the I-9. Making sure that the form is completed correctly from the start saves a lot of time on follow-up with the employee. Also, we have enjoyed the ability to make groups of tasks dependent upon one another so that we can ensure that the new hire and internal teams complete required tasks which allows for a smooth onboarding process. We only use RedCarpet onboarding....Easy to use, ability to create eForms, add task, group task, etc. We still have issues with users ignoring reminder notifications or not completing task, but at least they can now log in to see what are the list of pending tasks.
