Being able to send nearly all of the initial Day One New Hire forms/documents greatly speeds up the first day New Hire process and allows for more time spent on orientation, tours, and acclimation to the new job for a new hire. Also, typed forms are superior to handwritten as it negates handwriting interpretation errors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rival? I wish the back end were more open to Administrators so that we could customize our forms, notifications and instructions better. Also, being able to export the user data to a spreadsheet/csv would be greatly beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Rival: Take a look at your hiring processes and the number of forms that you require new employees to complete. If you have more than 5 then this would be a good route to go. Everything from tax forms to policy acknowledgements can be done in onboarding and it will greatly streamline your operation. Our onboarding times have decreased while at the same time we have been able to provide greater information to candidates prior to their first day so that they have questions already formed when they get here.
