I would say that there is some redundancy in entering information or sometime multiple steps to complete an action. Also, typed forms are superior to handwritten as it negates handwriting interpretation errors **What do you dislike about Rival?** I wish the back end were more open to Administrators so that we could customize our forms, notifications and instructions better. Also, being able to export the user data to a spreadsheet/csv would be greatly beneficial. **Recommendations to others considering Rival:** Take a look at your hiring processes and the number of forms that you require new employees to complete. If you have more than 5 then this would be a good route to go.
