"Cool way to earn points/credits while you eat and work"
4/5
What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?

I like the point system to earn points on your food purchases. This is something I wish all the delivery / food ordering apps took into account. They are charging inflated fees already so it's nice to give back a bit towards future purchases if you're already using these services anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?

The regions in which it is available is hit or miss. There may not be as large of a selection of restaurants too compared to what people may be used to. You won't be able to use it everywhere like other national food delivery/pick up apps but when you do you'll be rewarded with points/credits at least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very user oriented app"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?

Loyalty rewards: The app offers loyalty points for every order that can be redeemed for free food or drinks.

Group ordering: Users can also invite their colleagues or friends to join a group order and easily split the bill.

Restaurant discovery: The app provides recommendations for new restaurants to try in the user's area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?

Dependence on participating restaurants: The app relies on local restaurants and coffee shops to participate, so not all establishments may be available for ordering through the app.

Technical issues: Like any app, Ritual.co may have occasional technical issues, such as glitches or delays, which could impact the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Service - Works well for"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?

Nice clean interface that was really easy. Special requests to the restaurant was very easy to see. Some apps hide the notes so that you have to call the restaurant if you need to modify the order. Provides category groupings that are easy to see and choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?

The checkout should be all on one screen. too many pop ups. one for the menu. one for the mobile number, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ritual is a platform for restaurant pick-up orders"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Ritual for Restaurants?

Ritual is a platform for businesses to provide their staff with a meal plan. They are a startup that gives us access to more customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ritual for Restaurants?

Since Ritual is a younger company, they are not heavily trafficked and do not provide us with a substantial revenue flow. It isn't easy to access the guest when we have a message to share with them. It isn't easy to update the menu on our own, they provide a spreadsheet to do so which is NO FUN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
