It covers online booking, class scheduling, packs and memberships, payments and reports. Clients book in one step with just their email: no account, no password, no app. Payments run through the studio's own Stripe account, so funds arrive directly and Ritmello takes 0% commission. Pricing is flat, with unlimited calendars, instructors and clients on every plan: no add-on modules, no per-staff fees. Cancellations trigger the automatic waitlist, which books and notifies the next person. The dashboard tracks revenue per class type, instructor margins, retention and the cost of no-shows. Automatic reminders go out before classes and before memberships expire. The interface is bilingual, English and French.
