What do you like best about Rithum?

I like that I can filter my orders and save a specific view so I do not have to filter the orders every time. I also love the help section! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rithum?

Sometimes it takes a while for the system to catch up. For instance, if I have to cancel an order on Channel advisor, it is not immediate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rithum solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the info I need for each order are listed without having to click on the order itself. Since we do not ship to PO Box addresses' I can just scroll through the orders and locate those orders quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
