It's the required software by our partner to use CommerceHub to receive drop-ship orders. I am happy we could integrate CommerceHub with our preferred EDI/drop ship partner Convictional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Set up took a really long time and was overpriced though the onboarding rep took a very long to respond. I don't spend much time on the orderstream platform because we have this integrated with Convictional to allow orders to sync directly to our shopify store. I find this EDI platform to be very out-of-date and not user-friendly, the help tutorials weren't very specific or helpful to someone with basic knowledge on this.

Without the integration with orderstream we would purchase another expensive EDI platform to sync orders to our shopify store OR manually enter each order. Neither options are efficient for our business. Our team would also need to be trained on orderstream to process orders, making Convictional the ideal integration for this partnership with Costco.ca.
