I really do love it, it is a bit on the expensive side though. If channel has yet to integrate with something that you would like to try odds are you will not be able to set it up. They don't have good management for amazon sellers selling outside the u.s on. In the past we have had problems with Channel Advisor's single-threaded email-only support model. In once case a year or two ago I engaged in a 27-message thread over several weeks trying to get a critical issue resolved with our Amazon account, during that conversation I repeatedly asked in writing to talk to a human, but was not able to. Since then, ChannelAdvisor has reached out to me and put in place some escalation paths to address this issue, and I am happy with this resolution.
