What problems is RiskSmart solving and how is that benefiting you? Risks, Issues and Controls were previously being managed through different systems and manual spreadsheets. We are now in the process of moving everything into RiskSmart; this will allow us to have everything in one location, view a one-page snapshot of risk management and obtain a more detailed view within a couple of clicks. Access to RiskSmart has been rolled out to the respective owners across the business, allowing them to make updates directly into the system independently and at a time to suit them. RiskSmart has greatly simplied many aspects of our compliance function. The user interface is straight forward and easy to navigiate. I'm especially fond of the way you can link up policy doucments, related risks and their controls.
