"Comprehensive Threat Visibility for a Multitude of Cyber Risks"
5/5
What do you like best about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

We liked how RiskProfiler combined phishing detection, brand abuse monitoring, and third-party risk into a single pane of glass. Their contextual alerting helps eliminate alert fatigue. Within 30 minutes of the onboarding call, we saw risky SaaS assets, typosquatting attempts, and exposed S3 buckets. The support team has been stellar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

More integrations with internal ticketing tools would streamline workflows. While alerts can be exported or emailed, more native sync would help. That said, we’ve already seen the team shipping platform updates based on feedback, and our feature requests are being considered on the product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevated Vendor Risk Visibility with AI Risk Questionnaire"
5/5
What do you like best about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

RiskProfiler showed us not just our own exposed infrastructure, but also vendor misconfigurations, leaked employee credentials, and dark web chatter around our brand. The way modules like asset discovery and phishing intelligence work together adds context to alerts. Setup was simple with guided onboarding, and support has remained consistently proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

Initial learning curve exists, especially for teams unfamiliar with threat intel tools. Some deeper configurations take getting used to. That said, once our settings were tuned with help from support, the noise dropped and meaningful alerts surfaced quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Compliance-Driven Threat Intelligence at Scale"
5/5
What do you like best about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

The compliance automation across over 15 frameworks has been a game-changer. Our teams save hours each month with dynamic mapping and automated control checks. Combined with detailed IP intelligence and brand threat detection on the deep and dark web, RiskProfiler provides us with an enterprise-grade, compliance-aligned threat detection ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

There was a brief learning curve in configuring multi-lingual dark web alerts and local threat feeds. Some advanced features are best understood with initial support. Once configured, however, they provide immense coverage and clarity. More in-app tutorials could help speed this up for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Questionnaire Automation Meets Threat Context - kartikey"
5/5
What do you like best about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

Enables external detection of exposed APIs, shadow apps, and outdated libraries across dev and staging environments. Includes threat intel overlays so we can triage critical issues faster. We get a unified view of vendor risks, their third-party relationships, and associated attack paths. Even lateral risks from shared hosting or exposed components are surfaced in real time. RiskProfiler connects vendor risk questionnaires with actual threat data. Automated scoring, evidence flagging, and control maturity validation help us eliminate low-value assessments. Monitors misconfigs, orphaned assets, and cloud drift across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Auto-tagging and blast radius scoring streamline issue prioritization in fast-changing environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

Language filtering and version context for third-party components could be more granular. UI search filters across tiers and risk categories can be a bit complex to learn. More visual summaries per vendor would speed up reviews for non-technical stakeholders. Dashboard loading slows with too many filters applied across regions and projects. "Continuous Attack Surface Discovery"
5/5
What do you like best about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

I was surprised how many forgotten assets it turned up. Within a day, RiskProfiler had identified old domains and supplier connections we’d lost track of. That kind of resurfacing intelligence keeps reminding us that threats don’t just live on what we actively manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskProfiler - External Threat Exposure Management?

Reports can sometimes feel too granular, with long lists that analysts must trim down manually. Smarter filtering defaults would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
