The approach taken for documenting the assessment of risks is well aligned to the ISO31000 risk management standard, so it also aligns well with our own corporate approach to managing risk. Also, the standard reports available are suitable for an audience of senior leaders and are much more presentable and efficient than what we were doing manually. The Risk Register landing page provides an overall summary of the essential details of each risk allowing you to prioritise and manage your risks effectively. The data in the reports is unreliable. On too many occasions, I have identified inaccurate data which is not ideal when reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee. Crisp UX and well-designed content that is easy to navigate and work with. I like how records in the various modules can be linked to improve the integration of data across risk, compliance, incident reporting and other business registers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Following training, we have been able to amend, add or change any part of the system ourselves, which has led to a much greater understanding of the system and allowed us to expand the use of CAMMS to areas of the business that were not part of our initial plan. This level of flexibility has been invaluable during the covid pandemic.

Not so much a dislike, but I found it difficult to work out exactly how we wanted to configure the product before we had the chance to get our hands on it. After using it for a short time, we understood far better how we wanted to use the product.
