I love the reporting and the integration opportunities from Ventiv's custom forms. We were using a legacy system that required a lot of manual data entry from our adjusters. Still, Ventiv was able to build some custom forms for us that automatically populates system fields. We're averaging at least two hours less time spent per initial claim. The reporting took some time to configure to get it the way we like it. Now it's great, but understand that it's not all entirely plug and play. Recommendations to others considering Riskonnect Risk Management Information System (RMIS): I would evaluate your current system and determine your pain points. If you need help with reporting and manual entry, Ventiv would be a great solution. Also, I'd evaluate the level of support you get from your current vendor. Ventiv's support is amazing. We were spending a lot of time on initial claims with manual data entry. We were also producing manually-created reporting because the reports we had from our legacy system were not sufficient.
