The vanilla package out of the box included more than we needed for our needs. We pared it down so end users of the system know how to use it intuitively. Using the bolt on Digital software we can run campaigns to users in our various locations to gather clean COPE data to send to our brokers to obtain the best renewal terms. We have also used IRM to internally track claims and complex litigation policy erosion. Other uses include insurance review for contract tracking and renewal.
