The system was designed as a claims management system from the perspective of claims examiners. I like that my IT team can build custom template to fit our immediate needs. What do you dislike about Riskonnect Claims Management? The reporting tools are not as flexible for the end user. IT involmemt is necessary if I need to add fields. I wish I could do this on my own. I would say one thing would be that because it does offer a lot of functionality out of the box there are some features that can be changed because it would affect the application for all users.
