Identify fraudulent transactions with a great precision almost instantly and it is easy for all agents to understand the dashboard with the reasons of declined or approval. Customer service is also great and they are quick to solve your questions and also to advice regarding suspicious transactions. Their interface is easy to use as a method to provide fraud responses and submissions of chargebacks. **What do you dislike about Riskified?** Their algorithm is hard to change if exceptions need to be made so work around had to be created on our end. The interface is still immature as a young company and thus could be enhanced to be more professional looking. Additionally, they could provide black list and white list capabilities so that we can ensure certain customers are able to do what they need to do. If you're using Shopify, Riskified adds nots to the order so we know the status right away. It's almost 100% automatic. **What do you dislike about Riskified?** When we take phone orders, the app doesn't always recognize the difference between our location and the customer's location. **What problems is Riskified solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to do a lot of manual fraud checks since Riskified does mot of the work for us. ### 37. The tool has a great overview of your transactions. **What do you dislike about Riskified?** The drawback from my side is that you cannot see the overview of all of your accounts at the same time. That makes it quite difficult to get the overall picture of your business in one graph. Besides, in order for the tool to work better, I would recommend to add some explanations of the terms used. For example, for me it took some time to understand the difference between cancelled and rejected orders. It was in the end cheaper to just do charge backs on everything. Riskified has more or less removed all charge backs and the number of orders that are stopped by the fraud filter are minimal. **What do you dislike about Riskified?** The charge back process are a little bit annoying but compared to what we did before its much easier. **What problems is Riskified solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not needing to have a dedicated person handling frauds and the increase of the real conversion rate has payed for this many times over. ### 49.
