Sometimes the model gets it wrong and declines orders from repeat customers. We also have an overseas sales team that uses a VPN and places orders over the phone, and Riskified seems to factor those IP addresses into its decisions even though we’ve already flagged this to the engineers. Riskified is a really helpful tool to minimise risk on sales orders. It's always clear without deep diving why an order was rejected and gives you the full breakdown to hover over if you need to. It uses a lot of different triggers such as IP, Address, Bank Details to determine a potential outcome. I use this platform daily and it's easily integrated with Shopify. I have worked in the E-commerce Fraud industry for the last 9 years, working with different fraud solutions. I can 100 % say that Riskified is the best one so far. The accuracy of the decisions is impeccable, the dashboards and the tool are very user-friendly. Their chargeback guarantee model is revolutionary. From the implementation team to the account management their services are exceptional. Is a great partner to work with. It is not only a fraud tool, but also a transversal tool that will impact many areas of your company, from sales to customers' experience in the checkout. Attentiveness to concerns and they're responsiveness. Tech support always available and our account rep is never far to get in touch with. They might not or mention a specific tech support window but in fact really in our experience it has been 24/7. Product dashboard to monitor SLA and KPIs are easy to understand and use. What do you dislike about Riskified? At the moment there are no dislikes as they have been really open to concepts and adjusting the product to fit our needs. They willingness and openness to making things work for their client and how their client operates in their respective space. Not all merchant operations are the same as well the landscaping they operate in. So have a product or products available and altered to fit the merchant is a rare feature to have. Increasing our acceptance while reducing fraud and improving our customers overall experience. Since having Riskified enabled in our processing flow and checks, their product has become an essential part of our day to day operations and maintaining the high service levels that our customer have come to expect and enjoy while shopping on our site. Riskified has a strong analytics team which can provide great insight on risk vectors that may have been undetectable by your organization. If you have a very niche product, you will need to provide continuous feedback in order to have the model trained to accommodate your customer base and reduce false declines. Riskified simplifies and accelerates our order processing flow. It allows us to accept incoming orders much more efficiently and with confidence. Prior to implementing Riskified into our toolset, we spent a lot of time checking and verifying client information, payment information and order contents so we could make an informed decision on the veracity of the information and decide whether or not to accept the order. We have been using Riskified for several years now, and I feel they are truly unequalled in their space. We are now able to utilize our time offering our clients top tier support rather than spend our time investigating them! In addition to this, the Rikified team are fantastic partners. They are responsive and supportive whenever we've had to reach out to them. in short, adding Riskified to your flow is a complete game changer and I highly recommend the platform. I feel that at first Riskified was sometimes a bit too sensitive and would sometimes reject orders which should be covered, without providing sufficient reasons as to why. That being said, I've noticed that over time, and after sufficient analysis of the feedback we provide in each case, the system has dramatically improved each year and now we have a near perfect approval rate.
