The platform connects to Outlook using secure OAuth, monitoring your inbox for incoming quotes and broker responses and pulling them into the right submission automatically. No more digging through email. When a quote arrives, you get an SMS alert and can process it straight from your phone, so time-sensitive work keeps moving even when you're away from your desk. Risk-Runway parses quote PDFs from any carrier — digital or scanned, in whatever format the market sends — and lines them up side by side for comparison. That removes the manual data extraction and spreadsheet-wrangling that quote comparison normally requires, and it keeps comparisons accurate because the figures come straight from the carrier's document. Data security is built in. As a Microsoft Certified Partner, Risk-Runway encrypts all data at rest in AWS, and each agency's information is fully isolated — never shared or mixed between agencies. The platform works alongside your Agency Management System (AMS) by reading and filling in screens the way an employee would, with no AMS license changes, no installations, and no IT project. Clean, finalized data lands in your system of record without rekeying — removing the step where most errors-and-omissions exposure is created. Setup is measured in days, not months. There's nothing to install on the AMS side and no approval process to wait on, and because the platform never touches your AMS license, there's nothing to unwind if you ever stop using it.
