**What do you like best about Novara Risk Management Center?**

Very simple to navigate- the UI is easy to read, the organization is logical and makes sense. Also the company is growing and great with customer support and new resources are added every day.

**What do you dislike about Novara Risk Management Center?**

Limited information for certain industries and the HR/Benefits Resources could use enhancing. As a broker resource, it is lacking, and is definitely more client centered (also a plus in its own regard). Also, the documents aren't very pretty. Just very basic. Meets needs but doesn't exceed them.

**What problems is Novara Risk Management Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps clients house all their previous paper risk management resources in one online place. Great for generating OSHA logs, taking training to an online, manageable platform, and offers resources that businesses need to survive and turn to us for.
