What do you like best about Risk Ledger?

Very nice UI, easy to understand and just get stuck in. Have only really used the assessment pages for now. I can see there is a lot more going on in the tool which almost worries me, am I missing something in one of those tabs! But happy to work in here on this assessment. What do you dislike about Risk Ledger?

Initial confusion when I logged in as to where the actual assessment was. The assessment tab was just one of many.

We use Loopio, didn't see an option to download in CSV or excel so couldn't import there. Makes sense I guess :)

I can see there is a lot more going on in the tool which almost worries me, am I missing something in one of those tabs! But happy to work in here on this assessment.

Would like an option to attach a full security folder somewhere, with many files, as I have to open it and remove each file relevant to the question. Possibly me being lazy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you very much for your feedback, it's great that you have found the experience with the platform to be quite easy to get stuck into and have explored a few of the features that you have access to! One of our features, profile sharing can be used to create a shared link to your security profile on Risk Ledger in the scenario that a client sends you a manual questionnaire to complete!

I'd also like to reference your feedback on having a central repository or folder for your documentation when uploading to the platform - the good news is this is something we're actively working on to bring this functionality to the product!

What do you like best about Risk Ledger?

I love the hints and explanatory comments. I love the navigation pane which gives you the overview of the sections and percentage of responded answers, as well as the option to filter unanswered items. The interface is nice and the platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Out of all the 3rd pary risk management tools I've used to fill out customer requests, Risk Ledger is the most simple and straightforward. Pleasant interface, simple to get through, no questions about what additional is needed. Definitley a tool I will be looking at when we get around to needing a 3rd party risk management tool!
